澳大舉辦“兩會”精神分享會
為使師生能準確理解並堅決貫徹二十大精神,深入探討全國“兩會”的核心意義和重要作用,同時向師生展現國家在政治、經濟、社會等領域的最新發展面貌,澳門大學於3月25日舉辦“全國人大、全國政協會議”精神分享會——“兩會”精神你要知2026主題活動,邀請第十四屆澳區全國人大代表何敬麟、陳虹,以及全國政協委員莫志偉擔任主講嘉賓。他們結合自身履職經驗,向師生分享今屆“兩會”的主要內容、精神要點和實踐要求,現場反應熱烈。
澳大校董會主席林金城、副校長莫啓明、各書院院長、部門主管等共同出席。莫啓明致辭時表示,澳大一直堅守愛國愛澳辦學方向,積極推動全方位的國情教育,包括培養“三法”推廣大使、舉辦“兩法”暨家國情懷教育推廣成果展、在書院成立家國情懷學生工作小組、推動學生參加校內外國情教育相關競賽,並透過“萬人計劃”與多所內地高校建立深度合作關係,定期推薦優秀學生和學生領袖赴內地交流學習,以拓展視野,增強青年一代對國家的認同感與歸屬感。他又指,澳大橫琴合作區校區已於去年全面動工,作為澳琴國際教育(大學)城的先行項目,澳大將進一步推動澳門更好更快地融入國家發展大局;充分發揮澳門所長、服務國家所需,助力澳門打造國際高端人才集聚高地,樹立澳門高等教育創新合作發展的新標杆。
會上,何敬麟分享了今年“兩會”期間澳區代表及其建議提案的整體情況,並介紹了《國家發展規劃法》的立法意義與核心內容,指出該法明確支持港澳未來主動對接國家發展規劃、融入和服務國家發展大局。他鼓勵學生深入認識國家“十五五”規劃和澳門未來的“三五”規劃,強調國家發展看似宏觀,實則與每個人的前途發展息息相關,有助於更好把握機遇、應對挑戰。
陳虹介紹了“十五五”規劃的七大發展目標,指出發展最終導向是改善民生,讓人民過上幸福生活。她又指,國家一如既往支持澳門發展,澳門應充分發揮自身特色及“一國兩制”優勢,不僅要主動融入國家發展,更要積極服務國家發展。她還介紹了國家新興支柱產業與未來產業布局,鼓勵學生把握橫琴機遇,融入橫琴發展。
莫志偉介紹了全國政協履職及提案工作成效,指出近年提案數量與質量同步提升。他解讀了2026年國家積極的財政政策,強調財政支出重點投向科技創新、產業轉型與民生保障,並堅持以民為本、杜絕重複建設、通過消費拉動內需等。他亦回顧了國家發展歷程,指出“十五五”時期更需高校與青年共同擔當使命,勉勵學生成為國家發展強大的動能。
UM holds sharing session on ‘Two Sessions’
The University of Macau (UM) held a sharing session on the first session of the 14th National People’s Congress (NPC) and the first session of the 14th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee (‘two sessions’) on 25 March. Titled ‘Learning about the “Two Sessions” 2026’, the sharing session aimed to explore the significance of the ‘two sessions’ and their key takeaways, and to enable students and faculty members to learn about the country’s political, economic, and societal development. Guest speakers at the event included Ho Kevin King Lun and Chan Hong, Macao SAR deputies to the 14th NPC, as well as Mok Chi Wai, a member of the 14th CPPCC National Committee.
The event was attended by Lam Kam Seng Peter, chair of the University Council of UM; Mok Kai Meng, vice rector of UM; college masters of residential colleges; and heads of units. Speaking at the event, Mok said that UM is committed to promoting national education on all fronts. This includes initiatives such as training student ambassadors, holding exhibitions, setting up the Student Workgroup for the Enhancement of Affection for Home Country, and sending students to take part in competitions on national education. The university has also formed partnerships with institutions in the Chinese mainland, sending outstanding students and student leaders there for exchange programmes to broaden their horizons and enhance their sense of national identity and belonging.
During the sharing session, Ho outlined the overall situation regarding the Macao delegation and their proposals at this year’s ‘two sessions’. Chan presented the seven major objectives set out in the 15th Five-Year Plan and discussed the development of emerging industries and industries of the future. Mok detailed the role of the CPPCC National Committee and the handling of proposals.
