澳大法學院論壇談澳門維護國家安全制度體系
澳門大學法學院舉辦“法學院高端論壇”，著名刑法學者、澳大法學院客席教授趙國強圍繞“澳門維護國家安全制度體系與完善”作專題演講。 論壇吸引一眾師生及法律界人士參與，現場氣氛熱烈。
論壇由澳大憲法與基本法研究中心主任蔣朝陽主持。趙國強從“一國兩制”出發，回顧澳門回歸以來，其國家安全法律體系的建設歷程，重點分析《維護國家安全法》及其配套制度的演進與實施情況。他指出，澳門在維護國家安全方面已構建起較為完備的制度框架，未來應進一步強化法律實施機制、提升社會整體安全意識，並結合新形勢下的風險挑戰，持續完善相關法律制度。他亦提到，《澳門特別行政區維護國家安全委員會》法案獲得通過是澳門特區完善國家安全法律體系、落實總體國家安全觀的重要里程碑。
是次論壇旨在搭建高層次學術交流平台，推動國家安全法學研究與實踐發展，體現澳大法學院在服務澳門特區法治建設與國家安全戰略中的積極擔當。

UM Faculty of Law forum discusses Macao’s system for safeguarding national security
The Faculty of Law (FLL) of the University of Macau (UM) held a legal forum, where Zhao Guoqiang, a renowned criminal law scholar and adjunct professor in FLL, gave a talk on Macao’s system for safeguarding national security. The talk attracted an audience of students, faculty members, and legal professionals.
The forum was moderated by Jiang Chaoyang, director of the UM Centre for Constitutional Law and Basic Law Studies. During the talk, Prof Zhao gave an overview of the development of Macao’s national security system, and examined the implementation of the Law on Safeguarding National Security and its supporting regulations. He said that Macao should strengthen its enforcement mechanisms, refine its legal framework, and raise public awareness. He also noted that the recent passage of the bill for the Committee for Safeguarding National Security of the Macao SAR is a significant milestone in strengthening Macao’s legal framework for national security.
