Competition Highlights

 

UM Badminton Team won 1 Gold, 1 Silver, 1 Bronze & 1 Fourth Place
at “2026 Macao Badminton Open”

The 2026 Macao Badminton Open, organized by Badminton Federation of Macau, was held on 21, 23-28 Mar at Macau East Asian Games Dome. Over 120 contestants from 11 badminton clubs, 3 higher education institutions and 2 high schools have participated in the tournament.

UM Badminton Team has sent 14 members to participate in 5 events. There were 88 participants in the Men’s Singles (男子單打); 25 participants in the Women’s Singles (女子單打); 45 teams in the Men’s Doubles (男子雙打); 18 teams in the Women’s Doubles (女子雙打); and 20 teams in the Mixed Doubles (混合雙打).
