各位同事及同學：

　　茲通知4月9至10日校內有活動舉行，訪客停車場P3實施以下臨時安排：

  1. 4月9日上午訪客停車場P3暫停開放
  • 訪客停車場P3於4月9日凌晨零時至中午12時暫停開放。除特許車輛外，活動期間所有車輛不得進出。
  • 已停泊於P3之車輛，請於4月8日晚上11時前駛離，以免造成出行不便。如未能依時離場而引致相關費用或損失，由車主或駕駛者負責。
  • 上述期間，P3之電動汽車充電站一併暫停使用。
  1. 車位預留安排：
  • 4月9日下午及10日，P3內指定區域之車位預留予活動使用，其餘車位開放予月票用戶及訪客使用。

　　如有需要，駕駛者可考慮把車輛停泊於鄰近之停車場，如訪客停車場P1A1或P12。

　　敬請留意現場交通標示及遵從在場工作人員的指示。

1 P1A僅適用於持有大學有效泊車月票之人士及以電子方式付費之訪客使用。
2 月票不適用於P1，持有效校園卡之職員及學生如需享用泊車優惠，須於離場前到停車場收費處，並出示有效校園卡辦理。

 

Dear Colleagues and Students,

Please be informed that an on-campus event is held on 9 & 10 April, the following temporary arrangements are implemented at Visitor Car Park P3.

  1. Temporary closure of Visitor Car Park P3 on 9 April morning
  • Visitor Car Park P3 is temporarily closed from 00:00 to 12:00 noon on 9 April. Except authorized vehicles, no vehicle is allowed to enter or exit the car park during the event period.
  • Vehicles parked at P3 shall leave before 23:00 on 8 April to avoid any inconvenience. The vehicle owner or driver shall be responsible for any extra cost or loss incurred during the stay.
  • During the above-mentioned period, electric vehicle charging stations in P3 are also suspended.
  1. Parking Space Reservation Arrangement
  • The parking spaces within designated areas of P3 are reserved for the event on 9 & 10 April from 9 April afternoon to 10 April. The remaining spaces are open to monthly pass holders and visitors.

During the above-mentioned period, drivers may consider parking at car parks nearby, e.g. Visitor Car Park P1A1 or P12.

Please pay attention to the traffic signs and follow the instructions of on-site working personnel.

1 P1A is open to holders of valid monthly passes and visitors with electronic payment.
2 Monthly pass is not applicable in P1. To enjoy parking discount, staff and students should approach the car park shroff to present the campus card for processing before leaving the car parks.
