ADMO-HRS organized 2026 Administrative Workshop (2): Introduction of the “Law of Archives” and the Establishment of Functional Records Retention Schedules for UM
行政部人力資源處舉辦2026年度行政工作坊 (二):澳門檔案法及為澳大建立職能檔案保存期限表


On 9 and 10 April 2026, the Human Resources Section (HRS) of the Office of Administration organized the Administrative Workshop (2): Introduction of the “Law of Archives” and the Establishment of Functional Records Retention Schedules for UM. Representatives from the UM Archive Management Core Workgroup introduced several important topics in the workshop, including the scope of application and classification of the “Law of Archives”, the key follow-up points for archival work in UM, and the establishment of Functional Records Retention Schedules for UM. Four sessions were organized for Governance & Strategic Planning units, Academic & Research units, Student Affairs & Campus Services units, and Administrative & Support units respectively, involving discussions on unit-specific examples. A total of 127 colleagues participated in the workshop.
“Administrative Workshops” is a series of seminars/briefings open to administrative colleagues that aims at enhancing work efficiency and enriching the skills of administrative professionals at the University. 行政部人力資源處於2026年4月9、10日舉辦了行政工作坊 (二):澳門檔案法及為澳大建立職能檔案保存期限表。 澳大檔案管理工作小組代表在工作坊上講解了一系列重要議題,包括《檔案法》的適用範圍及分類、澳門大學檔案工作的跟進要點,以及澳門大學職能檔案保存期限表之訂定。是次工作坊共分為四個場次,分別為治理與策略類部門、學術與研究類部門、學生事務與校園生活類部門、行政與支援類部門舉辦,當中包括針對各類部門之具體實例討論,合共127名同事參與。
