UMPA Election Committee Notice No. 6/2026 : Polling Dates and Vote Counting for the Election of the 21st Leadership Bodies of the University of Macau Postgraduate Association
澳門大學研究生會選舉委員會第6/2026號通告：第二十一屆澳門大學研究生會領導機關選舉投票日及選票核算
This bulletin is produced by University of Macau Postgraduate Association (UMPA) and posted by Student Development Section.
本通告由澳門大學研究生會製作、學生發展處代傳。
根據《澳門大學研究生會章程》第四章關於選舉之規定，選舉形式為組閣形式選舉，並以直接及不記名投票形式進行，選舉結果必須對外公佈；以及根據澳門大學研究生會選舉委員會第 1/2026號通告之安排，第二十一屆澳門大學研究生會領導機關選舉將於4月28日及4月29日接受澳門大學全體研究生投票，並於4月29日晚進行選票核算及公佈結果。相關資訊如下:
投票日期及地點:
10:00-19:30
4月28日：S8薈萃坊G層、S3-C3宿舍平台架空層，E6共學空間
4月29日：S8薈萃坊G層、W32 宿舍G層、N21科研大樓G層
選票核算日期及地點:
4月29日20:00澳門大學學生活動中心E31-1001室
選舉標準:
根據澳門大學登記 2025/2026學年第二學期註冊學生人數統計資料，截止 2026年4月17日，已註冊的研究生總數為8383，此次選舉投票率必須逹到研究生總人數的百分之八(670票)，包括廢票及空白票，是次選舉方為有效，否則須重新投票。
會員大會主席團及理事會選舉當選條件
總票數中得票最高的組別當選該屆會員大會主席團及理事會；若當選組別其後被取消資格，則由緊接最高得票的組別當選。
監事會選舉當選條件
因只得一組候選組別，候選組別得票超過選票的半數即可當選該屆監事會; 否則，會員大會主席團應按臨時管理制度開始籌組成立臨時監事會。

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter IV of the Constitution of the University of Macau Postgraduate Association concerning elections, the election shall be conducted in the form of slate-based elections and carried out by direct and secret ballot. The election results must be publicly announced. Furthermore, pursuant to the arrangements set out in Election Committee Notice No. 1/2026 of the University of Macau Postgraduate Association, the election of the leadership bodies of the 21st University of Macau Postgraduate Association will be open for voting by all postgraduate students of the University of Macau on 28 April and 29 April. Vote counting and announcement of results will be conducted on the evening of 29 April. The relevant details are as follows:

Vote Counting Date and Venue:
20:00, 29 April
Room E31-1001, Student Activity Centre, University of Macau
Election Validity Requirement:
According to the statistical data of registered students for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year provided by the University of Macau, as of 17 April 2026, the total number of registered postgraduate students is 8,383. The voter turnout for this election must reach at least 8% of the total postgraduate population (670 votes), including invalid and blank ballots, for the election to be deemed valid. Otherwise, a re-election shall be conducted.
Election Criteria for the General Assembly Presidium and Executive Committee:
The candidature slate that receives the highest number of votes shall be elected as the General Assembly Presidium and Executive Committee for the term. Should the elected slate subsequently be disqualified, the slate with the next highest number of votes shall be elected accordingly.
Election Criteria for the Supervisory Committee:
As there is only one candidature slate, the slate shall be elected as the Supervisory Committee provided it receives more than half of the total votes cast. Otherwise, the General Assembly Presidium shall initiate the formation of an Interim Supervisory Committee in accordance with the interim administration mechanism.
All postgraduate students are welcome to participate in the voting.
