“第十屆中藥質量鑒定技術研修班”澳大開班

為加強澳門與內地的中醫藥交流合作,推動中醫藥科技產業聯動發展,國家科技部中國科學技術交流中心和澳門特別行政區科學技術發展基金聯合主辦,中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室(澳門大學、澳門科技大學)承辦“第十屆中藥質量鑒定技術研修班”,並於今(17)日在澳大舉行開班儀式。

儀式上,澳門科學技術發展基金行政委員會主席陳允熙、中國科學技術交流中心四級職員富貴和澳大副校長葛偉分別致辭,學員代表洪霞發言。此外,中國生物技術發展中心副主任沈建忠發表了“科技創新助力中醫藥現代化發展”專題報告。

陳允熙表示,在國家和特區政府的大力支持下,澳門中藥研究水平顯著提升,產業轉化初顯成效,而“中藥質量鑒定技術研修班”已成為內地與澳門中醫藥科技交流和產學聯動的重要橋樑。

富貴指出,澳門是國家對外開放的重要窗口和平台,而澳門發展中醫藥產業,既能更好融入國家發展大局,以“澳門所長”對接“國家所需”,也是推動科技成果轉化、促進經濟社會發展的重要抓手。中藥質量鑒定技術研修班作為兩地科技合作重點任務,迄今已成功舉辦九屆,授課內容和形式不斷豐富,學員組成不斷拓展,交流互動持續增強,得到兩地主管部門和業界人士的高度好評,為推動兩地中藥科技產業合作發揮了重要作用。

葛偉表示,澳大一直高度重視中醫藥的科技創新與產業轉化,已形成中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室、澳門中藥研發中心、澳門大學澳門中藥檢測中心的三位一體架構,在中藥科技創新、國際標準制定、產品研發、人才培養等方面多管齊下,成績喜人。澳大將繼續加強對中醫藥研究的支持,推動澳門與內地中醫藥交流與合作。

是次研修班面向內地及澳門中醫藥領域的科研機構和企業招收學員,共有30名學員於澳門和橫琴上課。另外,研修班還特別邀請了香港科技大學講座教授詹華強、中國藥科大學副校長孔令義,以及澳門藥物監督管理局、粵澳中醫藥科技產業園、橫琴粵澳深度合作區經濟發展局、澳門大學和澳門科技大學中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室的一眾資深導師為學員授課。課程內容豐富多彩,包括中藥質量研究的系列關鍵技術、中藥生產管理、澳門中成藥監管與註冊現狀、橫琴深合區大健康產業發展政策等。同時,學員還會到澳大、澳科大和粵澳合作中醫藥科技產業園進行實地參觀學習。

中央人民政府駐澳門特别行政區聯絡辦公室經濟部副部長黄聖彪、科技部港澳台辦公室三級調研員劉玉慧、澳門科技大學副校長譚廣亨、澳門歸僑總會副會長盧秀梅、粵澳中醫藥科技產業園副總經理王丹、澳門藥物監督管理局中藥處處長林富聰,澳門大學中華醫藥研究院院長兼中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室代主任陳新、研究服務及知識轉移辦公室代主任王春明等亦出席了開班儀式。

Opening ceremony for 10th Training Course in Chinese Medicine Quality Assurance held at UM

The opening ceremony of the Tenth Training Course in Chinese Medicine Quality Assurance was held today (17 April) at the University of Macau (UM). The training course was co-organised by the China Science and Technology Exchange Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and the Science and Technology Development Fund of Macao SAR and hosted by the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine (UM, Macau University of Science and Technology). The course aims to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Macao and mainland China in the field of Chinese medicine and increase their efforts in promoting the industry of Chinese medicine technology. The training course is designed for practitioners from research institutes and companies in the field of Chinese medicine in mainland China and Macao. This year’s course has enrolled 30 participants, who will attend courses in Macao and Hengqin. The course covers a wide range of topics, including technologies for quality research in Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine production management, the regulation and registration of proprietary Chinese medicine in Macao, and the policies for the health industry in the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. The participants will also visit UM, the Macau University of Science and Technology, and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park of Co-operation between Guangdong and Macao.
