On 5 May 2023, the Human Resources Section (HRS) of the Office of Administration organized the Administrative Workshop (1): Exclusive Transportation Service by Turbojet for UM. Representative from the HRS introduced the multiple ways of purchasing Turbojet ferry tickets (online reservation, Jetpass card and QR code on the mobile phone), steps for purchasing tickets, update of UM account information, as well as the relevant administrative procedures. Around 60 colleagues who assist in arranging transportation for official trips attended the workshop.

“Administrative Workshops” is a series of seminars/briefings open to administrative colleagues that aims at enhancing work efficiency and enriching the skills of administrative professionals at the University. 行政部人力資源處於2023年5月5日舉辦了行政工作坊 (一)：噴射飛航交通服務講解會。人力資源處代表在工作坊上介紹了噴射飛航的多元化購票方式 (網上購票、Jetpass卡及手機二維碼)、購票流程、澳大帳戶資料的更新，以及相關的行政手續。約60名負責公幹交通安排的同事參與是次工作坊。
