Failure report about generating mass repeated notification emails
產生大量重覆通知郵件之故障報告
Dear Users,
Due to system failure, some users had received a lot of repeated notification emails from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. yesterday (29 June) . We immediately took the recovery action and the system returned to normal at 5:00 p.m. We keep monitoring the system status closely.
