維護內容 Details	進行系統升級和維護 Perform system upgrade and maintenance
維護時段 Maintenance Period	2024 年 1 月 31 日至 2 月 29 January 31 to February 29, 2024
受影響網站 Websites affected	建基於 WebCMS 平台上的170個部門網站，將於上述期間分批為每個網站進行資料庫升級和維護，期間會出現短暫的中斷，升級完成後網站即恢復正常使用，敬請見諒。 There are 170 departments websites built on the WebCMS platform. Each website will conduct database upgrade and maintenance in batches during the above period. During the maintenance period, the access of the affected website will be interrupted shortly. The service will be resumed once the upgrade is completed. Thank you for your attention.

受影響服務 Service Affected	在系統維護期間，/data/home 會不能訪問。維護完成後，所有服務將恢復正常。 During the maintenance period, the volume of /data/home is not accessible. Once the maintenance is completed, all services will be resumed to normal.

Dear Users,

Due to system failure, some users had received a lot of repeated notification emails from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. yesterday (29 June) . We immediately took the recovery action and the system returned to normal at 5:00 p.m. We keep monitoring the system status closely.
