澳大舉辦濠江岐黃院士論壇
為落實澳門特區政府“1+4”適度多元發展策略，促進澳門中醫藥產業發展，澳門大學召開“2023年濠江岐黃院士論壇”。多名專家學者圍繞主題“臨床與質量”探討採用中醫藥理論、人用經驗和臨床試驗相結合的審評證據體系，綜合評價中藥的安全性、有效性和質量可控性。此外，同場還進行了中國工程院院士、國醫大師王琦贈送論壇題名和王琦書院海外聯絡處揭牌。
王琦院士、澳門科學技術發展基金行政委員會代主席鄭冠偉、澳門藥物監督管理局副局長李世恩、澳大中華醫藥研究院院長陳新分別在開幕式上致辭。鄭冠偉介紹澳門科學技術發展基金未來將從五方面持續推動中醫藥大健康發展，他相信隨著澳門藥監局的成立、澳門中藥註冊法規的出台、澳門中藥檢測中心的籌建，以及澳門和橫琴粵澳深度合作區的各項利好政策，澳門中醫藥產業正迎來蓬勃發展的機遇。
李世恩指中醫藥是大健康產業的重要內容，澳門藥監局將持續加強制度和人力建設，不斷完善藥物審評審批制度，發揮監管引導和推動作用，營造有利於中藥產業發展的監管環境，並持續支持澳門中藥檢測中心的建設。陳新表示，加強澳門中藥檢測中心建設有利促進中藥檢測技術提高和澳門中藥產業發展。
王琦圍繞澳門在國家中醫藥發展中的地位和作用發表講話，指出澳門有三方面的優勢：一是舉足輕重，澳門作為粵港澳大灣區發展戰略的四個核心城市之一，擁有深合區、中醫藥科技產業園和唯一的中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室，在中藥國際標準制定中優勢明顯；二是不可替代，澳門是多元文化的匯集地，作為葡語國家合作平台，是聯繫中西文明的橋樑；三是科學解碼中醫藥，澳門中醫藥文化基礎深厚，用現代科學解碼中醫藥，必須保持中醫藥主體，偏離中醫藥的解釋對中醫藥發展就沒有意義。
論壇發起人、西太區草藥監管協調論壇（FHH）永久秘書處負責人、澳門大學澳門中藥檢測中心主任、王琦書院海外班班長李紹平認為中醫藥發展必須堅持“傳承不泥古，創新不離宗”原則，堅持走中醫藥自己的路，植物藥研究方法無益於科學解碼中醫藥；澳門中醫藥產業可充分發揮質量研究特色優勢，建立國際標準，發展“澳門檢測”、實現“澳門認證”，打造中藥品牌，助力內地優秀中藥產品通過澳門提升價值、走向世界；濠江岐黃院士論壇未來將與FHH永久秘書處工作結合，並聯合澳門眾多中醫藥學會，共同發展澳門品牌的中醫藥高端論壇和會展，打造中醫藥的澳門“達沃斯論壇”。
開幕式後，王琦發表題為“中醫體質學與生命科學”的主旨報告，澳門藥物監督管理局註冊廳中藥處處長林富聰則介紹了澳門的中藥註冊管理制度與法規。北京中醫藥大學教授、岐黃學者趙琰，北京大學教授、全國優秀中醫臨床人才馮淬靈，成都中醫藥大學教授、青年岐黃學者伍文彬和澳大副教授、青年岐黃學者趙靜亦發表了報告。
是次論壇由澳大中藥糖工程與檢測技術聯合實驗室、澳門中藥檢測中心主辦，王琦書院、澳門中華中醫藥學會、澳門松草堂生物科技有限公司和濟民可信集團有限公司江西國藥有限責任公司協辦。出席論壇開幕禮的嘉賓還有：澳門中聯辦宣文部副部長、一級巡視員殷汝濤和宣文部綜合處處長王惠傑，澳門立法會議員、澳門醫務界聯合總會會長陳奕立，澳門人才發展委員會秘書長周昶行，澳門科技大學薑志宏副校長代表馬文哲，澳門鏡湖護理學院副院長邢志紅，澳門中西創新學院副院長蔡智明，澳大中華醫藥研究院創院院長兼澳門中藥研發中心主任王一濤，澳大研究服務及知識轉移辦公室代主任王春明，澳門中國旅行社股份有限公司總經理方立群，廣東南粵集團有限公司總經理趙春曉，粵澳合作中醫藥科技產業園董事王丹、副總經理代表陳彩玲，廣藥集團（澳門）國際發展產業有限公司助理總經理黃穎，澳門科學技術協進會理事長邵漢彬，澳門中藥業公會會長關樹權，澳門中華中醫藥學會會長孫潔，澳門醫務界聯合總會理事長關秉權，澳門質量品牌國際認證聯盟理事長馮文滔，澳門中醫藥專業學會會長馬凱旋，澳門中華文化產業促進會理事長何偉新，澳門中華民族醫藥產業協會會長汪義亮，澳門中醫學會副理事長林浩朝，以及50多名來自王琦書院的內地名中醫、岐黃學者、青年岐黃學者、澳門學員和學者，澳大中華醫藥研究院師生和澳門中華中醫藥學會會員也參加了論壇。

UM holds Macao Qi-Huang Scholar Forum
The University of Macau (UM) held the Macao Qi-Huang Scholar Forum 2023, with the aim of implementing the Macao SAR government’s ‘1+4’ strategy for economic diversification and promoting the development of the Chinese medicine industry in Macao. During the forum, experts and scholars had discussions on the adoption of an evidence-based evaluation system that combines Chinese medicine theory, human experience, and clinical trials to comprehensively assess the safety, efficacy, and quality control of Chinese medicine. At the event, Wang Qi, member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and national medicine master, presented a plaque written by him to the forum. The overseas liaison office of Wang Qi College was also inaugurated.
During the opening ceremony, Wang gave a speech on the status and role of Macao in the development of Chinese medicine in the country. He pointed out that Macao has three characteristics: first, Macao has close connections with the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industrial Park of Cooperation between Guangdong and Macao, and has the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine; second, Macao serves as a platform for cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries as well as a bridge between Chinese and Western civilisations; third, Macao has a deep foundation in the culture of Chinese medicine and can develop Chinese medicine with modern science. Followed by the opening ceremony were presentations given by local and mainland experts and scholars.
Guests attending the opening ceremony included government officials, representatives of local higher education institutions, UM scholars, and industry representatives. Chinese medicine practitioners from Wang Qi College, Qi-Huang scholars, students and scholars from Macao, students and faculty members of UM’s Institute of Chinese Medical Sciences, and members of the Macau Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine Association attended the forum.
