澳大辦合作院校優秀生夏令營

澳門大學舉辦“2023年澳門大學合作院校優秀學生夏令營”,讓世界各地的優秀學生深入認識澳門和澳大,交流和學習。夏令營吸引澳大海內外合作院校、粵港澳高校聯盟和粵港澳大灣區西岸科技創新和人才培養合作聯盟共49所院校的70多名學員參加。

參加夏令營的學員來自北京大學、清華大學、復旦大學、浙江大學、中國科學技術大學、華南理工大學、中山大學、香港中文大學、西班牙巴塞隆拿大學、新加坡科技設計大學等海內外知名高校。學員紛紛表示,在夏令營中拓闊了學術視野,加深了對澳大和澳門的了解,並結交了世界各地的新朋友,獲益良多,希望日後能夠有機會到澳大學習深造。

澳大副校長馬許願在開營時表示,今屆夏令營首次邀請澳大海外合作院校的學員,透過一系列專題講座、參訪和考察活動,讓來自世界各地的學員從多個層面深入了解澳門的歷史、經濟及社會發展,從不一樣的角度認識澳門特區、認識澳大,並與不同高校的學生互動交流,一起學習,共同進步。

在四天的學習交流中,學員參與了多場專題講座,內容涵蓋澳門經濟、粵港澳大灣區金融創新發展等多個領域;並參與了葡語體驗班,學習以葡語作自我介紹及認識葡語國家文化;學員還透過走訪澳門歷史城區,親身感受澳門獨特的歷史文化。

UM organises summer camp for outstanding students of partner universities

The University of Macau (UM) organised the Summer Camp for Outstanding Students of UM Partner Universities 2023, with the aim of enabling outstanding students from around the world to gain a deeper understanding of Macao and the university. The summer camp attracted more than 70 students from 49 universities, including UM’s partner universities at home and abroad, as well as those within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao University Alliance and the Alliance for Technology, Innovation, and Talent Development in Western Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area. The participants came from renowned universities at home and abroad, such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the University of Barcelona in Spain, and the Singapore University of Technology and Design. At the opening ceremony of the summer camp, UM Vice Rector Rui Martins expressed hope that the participants would gain a better understanding of the Macao SAR and the university through a series of thematic talks, visits, and field trips. During the four-day summer camp, the participants attended a number of thematic talks on Macao and the Greater Bay Area, as well as the Portuguese language courses. They also visited the Historic Centre of Macao to experience the unique Macao culture.
