隨着社會的急速發展，世代差異情況突顯，青少年在學習、家庭、工作等方面的壓力不容易釋放。研究指出，良好的家庭關係是青少年成長的基石，為了更好地解決青少年與家人之間的相處壓力，澳門中華學生聯合總會、學新社舉辦 “你有壓力！我有壓力！”——青少年親子相處研學團，邀請教育學者及青少年一起發掘相關的青少年個案，讓青少年自己發表想法，共謀良方，最後形成文本，分期發表於學聯的出版物。
