為深入貫徹習近平法治思想，做好普法宣傳教育，引導青少年樹立正確價值觀，推進反走私宣傳進校園，進一步提升全民反走私意識，珠海市打私辦舉辦2023年“思創杯”第一屆珠澳大學生反走私創意大賽活動。

一、組織單位

（一）指導單位：廣東省打私辦

（二）主辦單位：珠海市打私辦

（三）協辦單位：橫琴合作區打私辦、香洲區打私辦、金灣區打私辦、斗門區打私辦、高新區打私辦、鶴洲新區（籌備組）打私辦
二、大賽主題 珠澳創思造利劍，打擊走私齊參與
三、徵集時間 即日起至9月15日
四、參賽對象 在校大學生（包含職業學院、技工院校、大專、本科、碩士、博士等）
五、參賽方式 個人或團隊名義參賽（請注明有無指導老師，如有請在提交作品時備註指導老師簡介）。
六、作品類別

大賽設置“藝術設計類”、“視頻類”、“其他類”。每個參賽團隊或個人只能選投一類，不得兼報。作品格式要求如下：

（一）藝術設計類：反走私標誌、IP形象、海報、漫畫、插畫、繪本、平面設計等藝術設計作品。

所有作品需提交設計原始檔案，並附帶JPG格式圖片，要求RGB色彩模式、解析度300dpi、大小5M以內。

（二）視頻類：微電影、公益廣告、情景短劇、短視頻等視覺作品。

所有作品需有成品提交，視頻成品為MP4格式，畫面比例16:9，清晰度要求：1080P（1920*1080），視頻大小不超過200M，配備中文字幕；時長優選3分鐘以內，以1至2分鐘為宜；如果其他格式在評獎時無法打開，視為無效作品。

（三）其他類：宣傳標語、歌曲、書法、詩歌、散文、劇本、H5、遊戲、攝影作品、活動策劃案等作品。根據對應作品內容參考如上兩類格式提供。
七、作品要求

（一）緊扣主題，傳播正能量。作品創作應圍繞“珠澳創思造利劍，打擊走私齊參與”主題，每個作品包括主題、口號，內容為防範打擊走私違法犯罪活動，普及反走私相關法律法規知識，重點徵集打擊“水客”走私、凍品走私、瀕危物種及其製品走私、煙草走私、成品油走私等主題的原創普法作品（其他涉及反走私的主題亦可）。以營造全民反走私的社會氛圍為目標，主題鮮明、內容健康、傳播正能量和弘揚社會主旋律。

（二）保證原創，無權利糾紛。參賽者應對其作品擁有獨立、完整、明確、無爭議的著作權，主辦方不承擔包括肖像權、名譽權、隱私權、著作權、商標權等糾紛而產生的法律責任，如出現上述糾紛，主辦方保留取消參賽資格及追回獎項的權利。所有參賽者提交的作品，主辦方不予退還，請參賽者自留備份。因一稿多投、剽竊他人創意或其他侵害第三方權益等情況而引發的法律糾紛，由作者本人承擔全部責任。

（三）未經發表，非獲獎作品。參賽作品必須是未公開發表的，大賽不接收其他賽事獲獎作品，且同一作品只能選投一個類別。主辦方對大賽提交的作品，有進行學術交流、公益展示、宣傳、使用推廣、改編製作、產業轉化代理、獎項申報等權利。一旦投稿就視為同意作品在主辦方任何平臺發佈。
八、評選方式

（一）大賽分為初賽、決賽兩個階段進行評審。初賽階段由主辦方組織評委對參賽作品進行初審；決賽階段由線上民眾投票及主辦方評委對晉級作品進行終審，民眾投票分值占比60%、主辦方評委分值占比40%。

（二）大賽評審後，主辦方本著公平、公正、公開的原則公佈獲獎名單，並接受社會監督。可關注“南方+”APP獲取大賽公佈資訊，同時將通過郵件的方式通知參賽獲獎作者領獎。

（三）此次活動徵集的作品，將擇優在新媒體平臺發佈，其知識產權歸主辦方所有（其他未發佈作品的知識產權歸作者本人所有），主辦方有權在非商業性宣傳活動中使用，有權對作品進行修改；作者本人享有作品的署名權，主辦方對本次活動擁有最終解釋權。
九、獎項設置

大賽按參賽類別分別設置一、二、三等獎，優秀獎，人氣獎，優秀指導教師獎，每個獲獎專案給予對應獎金或等額獎品和證書，獎勵金額為稅前獎金，所得稅由獲獎者自行承擔。若投稿作品達不到相關要求等原因，作品獎項將空缺。

（一）藝術設計類

一等獎1名：獎金3000元或等額獎品和證書（創意設計金獎）。

二等獎2名：獎金2000元或等額獎品和證書（創意設計銀獎）。

三等獎3名：獎金1000元或等額獎品和證書（創意設計銅獎）。

（二）視頻類

一等獎1名：獎金3000元或等額獎品和證書（創意視頻金獎）。

二等獎2名：獎金2000元或等額獎品和證書（創意視頻銀獎）。

三等獎3名：獎金1000元或等額獎品和證書（創意視頻銅獎）。

（三）其他類

一等獎1名：獎金3000元或等額獎品和證書（創意傳播金獎）。

二等獎1名：獎金2000元或等額獎品和證書（創意傳播銀獎）。

三等獎1名：獎金1000元或等額獎品和證書（創意傳播銅獎）。

  • 優秀指導教師獎3名：獎金1000元或等額獎品
  • 人氣獎1名：獎金1000元或等額獎品和證書
  • 優秀獎若干名：即為入圍決賽未獲獎的參賽團隊或個人，給予鼓勵證書。

獲獎專案將在媒體平臺進行展播宣傳。
十、參賽方式

參賽報名前，請關注“中國反走私”、“廣東反走私”微信公眾號，即可通過以下管道報名參賽。

（一）自主報名：通過“南方+”APP進行報送。（+轉發口鏈接）

（二）郵件報名：通過郵箱“zhfzs2023@163.com”進行報送。

報名截止：9月15日18:00截止提交及完善作品報名情況。投稿標題為“作品類別+學校名稱”，檔包含：參賽報名表、版權承諾書、團隊/個人在校證明、參賽者身份證掃描件及參賽作品進行報送。

所有作品需提交相關電子版成品，（檔過大可轉存至百度網盤，並提供下載鏈接）

2023 Summer Programme: General Briefing and Enquiry Session

Student Affairs Office is organizing a general briefing for students who are interested in joining the 2023 summer programme. Details about application, sponsorship and important dates will be discussed.  After the briefing, all summer programme coordinators will be there to answer your enquiries regarding applications and provide advice on each programme.  For students who have joined the previous general briefing, you are also welcome to join the enquiry session at 14:20.

1.Once you have decided which programme you would like to participate, you may apply through the application link  on our homepage. The link will be avaialble on our website on February 6 ,2023.
2.Application period: February 6 to 28, 2023
3.Contact your Faculty directly if you would like to earn transfer credits from the host university. Complete the learning agreement before departure.
4. The result will be announced on March 6 through E-Bulletin and email. If you are eligible to receive sponsorship from SAO, you will be informed through email on March 6.

1.Confirm your participation with SAO by submitting the required documents through the confirmation link sent by SAO.
2.Students who did not submit the confirmation to SAO before deadline (March 15) will not be considered.
3.SAO coordinators will provide advices to you regarding the application with the Host University. You will either have to submit the official application direclty to the Host University OR to SAO (depends on the programme you applied) and pay the tuition fees before deadline.

1.Once you received the official offer from the host University, please start to apply for your travel/student visa (if needed), reserve accommodation wtih the host university, plan your trip and purchase travel insurance.

2.Students who participate in Face-to-Face programme are required to join the pre-departure briefing organized by SAO.
