親愛的同事及同學們：    

         茲通知政府部門招聘考試將於2024年4月21日（星期日）在澳大校園舉行。考試時間為下午二時三十分至五時三十分，考生人數約2,200人。考試場地設於E21及E22大樓。    

         鑑於當日進入校園的人數眾多，將出現交通繁忙及乘搭公共交通之需求增加，因此，煩請各位同事及同學預留時間進出校園。不便之處，敬請見諒！

Dear Staff and Students,

Please be informed that a recruitment exam by government department will be held on campus on 21 April 2024 (Sunday). The exam will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm , and the expected number of candidates is around 2,200.  The exam classrooms are located in E21 and E22 buildings.

As a large number of people will be coming into the campus, there will be certain degree of traffic congestion and high demand on public transport on that day.  Please allow extra time for commuting to and from UM campus.

Friendly Reminder: Removal of Personal Belongings in E6 Learning Commons

各位同事及同學們：

為善用資源，避免E6學習共享空間被個人物品佔用，茲通知大學將繼續執行個人物品清理措施，大學於每天清晨將會把空間內無人看管的個人物品移至“無人看管物品箱”。為此，期望各位能在使用設施後帶齊所有個人物品離開，共同營造良好的學習環境。

In order to better utilize the resources as well as avoid the facilities in E6 Learning Commons being occupied by personal belongings, please be informed that we will constantly clear all unattended personal belongings and remove them to the “Unattended Item Box” daily in the early morning. Therefore, please be reminded to bring along all your personal belongings after using the facilities. Let’s work together to make a more comfortable learning environment on campus.

Reopening of the 1/F of E6 Learning Commons starting from today (14/08/2023)

茲通知中央教學樓東六座(E6)一樓的改造工程已完成，E6一樓的學習共享空間由即日(14/08/2023)起將重新開放。開放時間如下:

E6 學習共享空間一樓
– 星期一至星期日及公眾假期：7:30 – 24:00

         為保持E6學習共享空間的環境整潔，茲通知大學將於2023年3月21日(明天)下午3時清理閒置於E6地面層水吧及茶水間(見附圖)的物品。此外，謹請各位在使用設施後帶齊所有個人物品離開，共同營造良好的學習環境。

         鑑於當日進入校園的人數眾多，將出現交通繁忙及乘搭公共交通之需求增加，因此，煩請各位同事及同學預留時間進出校園。不便之處，敬請見諒！

The exam will start from 14:00 to 17:00, and the expected number of candidates is around 1,600.  The exam venues are spread out in E21 and E22. We expect the venues will be resumed at around 18:00 on that day.

As large number of people will be coming into the campus, there will be certain degree of traffic congestion and high demand on public transport on that day.  Please allow extra time for commuting to and from UM campus.
