今年的4月15日是第八個全民國家安全教育日，今年的活動主題是「樹牢總體國家安全觀，感悟新時代國家安全成就，為迎接黨的二十大勝利召開營造良好氛圍」。為響應全民國家安全教育日有關號召，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊於4月14日上午前往珠海哈羅禮德學校(哈羅珠海）進行升國旗儀式。哈羅珠海坐落於橫琴粵澳深度合作區，是一所為學生提供國際化雙語教育的寄宿制學校。

　　珠海哈羅禮德學校校長馬千里博士、辦公室主任賀硯婷女士、澳門大學校長辦公室主任汪淇女士、學生資源處處長周佩貞女士出席本次儀式。儀式正式開始，在隊長的嘹亮的口號下，旗手組帶領十人方陣齊步向前，三刀手行進間抽刀整齊利落，全體師生目光追隨著隊員們的颯爽英姿，注視隊員們護送國旗走向旗台。隨後全校師生面向國旗敬禮，高唱國歌，目送國旗冉冉升起。升旗儀式結束後，馬千里校長在國旗下進行演講，他深情講述了自己對中國的熱愛，還強調了維護國家安全的重要性，並感謝旗隊前往學校進行本次升國旗儀式。

　　隨後旗隊又參觀了橫琴規劃展館，深入瞭解橫琴推進粵港澳深度合作區的建設情況，以及橫琴新區的未來規劃和美好前景。合作區作為「一國兩制」新示範的實踐地區，具有其他地方區域所不具備的特性。在合作區深入開展維護國家安全的宣傳教育，有利於進一步維護國家安全和促進澳門長期繁榮穩定。升國旗儀式將國家安全教育濃縮到對國旗的認識中，對青少年來說，國旗意識就是國家安全觀、民族精神、愛國主義精神的一個集中體現。本次走進哈羅珠海，著裝整齊的隊員們吸引了眾多學生的目光，更有對國旗和儀仗指揮刀感興趣的同學主動前來問詢，本次升國旗儀式也在他們心中種下了國家安全觀的小小種子，伴隨他們成長為新時代愛國人才。

The UM National Flag Team (NFT) was invited to go to the Harrow Innovation Leadership Academy (Zhuhai) on 15^th April 2023 for the Flag Raising Ceremony for the National Security Education Day. This ceremony is in response to this year’s theme “setting up the general national security concept, realize the importance of national security, create the good atmosphere for the party’s 20^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China”.

The Harrow Innovation Leadership Academy (Zhuhai) is located in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. It is a boarding school that provides students with bilingual education. The Head Master of Harrow Innovation Leadership Academy Dr. Max Caruso; Director of the Office of the Head Master, Ms. Christine He, Yanting; Director of the Rector’s Office, Ms. Carol Wang, and the Head of the Student Resources Section, Ms. Anita Chau attended the Flag Raising Ceremony. Followed by the firm and loud instruction from the NFT captain, the NFT marched neatly and unitedly towards the flag raising platform. Every teacher and student saluted to the National Flag while the National Anthem started. After the ceremony, the Head Master Dr. Max Caruso expressed his love for China and emphasized on the importance of national security. He showed his sincere gratitude to NFT for participating in this meaning and fruitful flag raising ceremony.

After the ceremony, NFT visited the Hengqin New Area Exhibition Hall. The team has gained a deep understanding of Hengqin’s construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone. As well as the future planning and prospects of Hengqin New Area. Since the Zone serves as a demonstration of “one country, two systems”, it has characteristics that other local areas do not obtain. By carrying out in-depth publicity and education on maintaining national security in the Zone, it further benefits the maintenance of national security and promotes the long-term prosperity and stability of Macao. The national flag raising ceremony condenses national security education into the understanding of the national flag. For NFT, the awareness of national flag is a concentrated expression of the concept of national security, national spirit and patriotism. This meaningful ceremony held in the Harrow Innovation Leadership Academy (Zhuhai) helps NFT to attract more attention from students beyond the UM campus. They influenced students who were interested in the flag raising and the honoring sword. Therefore, many of them came to inquire actively. The Flag Raising Ceremony for the National Security Education Day also planted the concept of national flag in the students’ hearts. This small seed of the national security concept will accompany them to grow into patriotic talents in the new era.

2023年3月8日下午，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊在鄭裕彤書院成功舉辦「走進書院」系列活動，繼續宣傳國旗文化，增強學生的愛國愛澳意識，將儀仗精神傳承到澳大各書院。經過之前去軍營的交流活動，旗隊隊員對宣傳國旗文化和傳承儀仗精神有了更深的感觸，在這次活動中也展現出嶄新的風貌。鄭裕彤書院代院長黃承發教授與學生資源處處長周佩貞女士出席本次活動，並互相贈送紀念品。

在講座中，國旗儀仗隊的隊員以國旗的誕生為切入點，向參加活動的院生講解了國旗的象徵意義，並深入探討了與國旗相關的文化知識和法律法規。此外，隊員還分享了自己在國旗儀仗隊的儀仗經驗，讓聽眾更深刻地了解國旗儀仗隊的工作和使命。在隨後的體驗環節中，隊員介紹了國旗、儀仗指揮刀等重要儀仗用具，並邀請在場的院生嘗試擎旗並持指揮刀，進行現場的儀仗訓練。整個活動過程中，院生與旗隊隊員彼此學習積極互動。值得一提的是，此次專場是在剛剛3月4號軍營交流活動結束後舉辦的，國旗隊隊員在這次交流活動中進一步提高了儀仗動作的規範性。在知識宣講過程中，隊員們也對於護衛國旗的切身感觸更加深刻與具體。鄭裕彤書院代院長黃教授及副院長龔博士也與隊員積極交流，瞭解旗隊的選拔要求與日常活動，關心旗隊的發展，展現了對學生事務的高度關注和支持。

鄭裕彤書院表達了對澳門大學國旗儀仗隊宣傳國旗文化，凝聚學生愛國愛澳愛校共識的強烈支持，並希望澳大國旗儀仗隊在未來繼續發揮榜樣作用。澳大國旗儀仗隊始終以「力求完美無缺，不辱儀仗使命，捍衛國旗尊嚴」為目標，圓滿完成每一次的出旗任務，傳承並發揚儀仗精神。

On 8^th March 2023, the UM National Flag Team (NFT) had successfully held the Seminar Series “Walk into the Colleges” with Cheng Yu Tung College (CYTC), for spreading culture of the National Flag of China, strengthening UM students’ consciousness for patriotism and love for Macao, inheriting the spirit of National Flag Team to all the Residential Colleges. After the training and exchange sessions from the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Macao Garrison, NFT members had gained deeper feeling for spreading the culture of the National Flag and inheriting the spirit of National Flag Team. Therefore, this Seminar Series held in CYTC was upgraded in all spheres. The Interim College Master, Prof. Wong Seng Fat and the Head of Students Resources Section, Ms. Anita Chau, had attended the seminar and exchanged souvenirs.

During the seminar, NFT members started the talk from “the birth of the National Flag” for explaining the symbolic meaning of the National Flag to CYTC students. Then, NFT members presented deeper for the laws and regulations of the National Flag and the culture of it. Furthermore, NFT members shared the experience of daily trainings and ceremonies held. When going into the experiencing session after the introduction part, NFT members introduced the National Flag, the honoring swords to CYTC students. The students were invited to learn how to properly hold the National Flag and the honoring sword with proper gestures. Through the experience session, CYTC students actively interacted with NFT members. This is the great outcome after the trainings and exchange session from the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Macao Garrison on 4 March 2023, which had provided strong impression on protection of dignity of the National Flag to the NFT members. CYTC Interim College Master, Prof. Wong Seng Fat and CYTC Associate Master, Dr. Gong Yingxue was highly interested in the experience session and interacted eagerly with NFT members for how NFT members are being selected and their daily trainings.

CYTC has shown their strong support for gathering students for the goal of consensus of patriotism and love for Macao. Moreover, CYTC hopes that NFT will keep on being the model of patriotism and love for Macao in the UM campus. NFT aims at continuing to complete every mission perfectly with dignity in protection of the National Flag, as well as spreading and inheriting spirit of guard of honor.

2023年3月4日，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊參加了今年的軍營交流活動，接受軍營的專業培訓，提升自身專業水準。是次交流活動也是國旗儀仗隊第五屆隊員首次走進軍營接受專業指導，為之後正式的出旗任務作好準備。

首先，國旗儀仗隊隊員觀看了軍營的升旗儀式。軍營戰士們整齊有力的步伐，昂揚向上的精神面貌給隊員們留下了深刻的印象。隨後，在戰士們的帶領下，隊員們參觀了駐澳部隊軍事展覽館中的戰士畫苑以及駐軍軍史館，更參加了國旗、國徽及國歌知識宣講講座。隊員們更加瞭解駐澳軍營的發展歷史，以及其對澳門社會的重要貢獻；同時也學習了國旗、國徽、國歌的知識及相關的法律法規，明確了捍衛國旗尊嚴的決心。

接下來是訓練環節，分爲國旗手培訓和刀手培訓。在國旗手培訓中，教官帶領隊員們練習了基礎五項動作和隊列齊步行進；接著，教官向隊員們講授綁旗、遞旗、升旗及甩旗等動作要領，而擔任刀手崗位的隊員則在教官的指導下進行專門的刀手動作訓練。隊員們懷著對國旗的熱忱，認真聆聽教官的講解，刻苦訓練，不斷提高動作的準確度，獲得教官的高度肯定與表揚。

自2016年駐澳部隊首次組織國旗手培訓以來，國旗手培訓已成為駐澳門部隊國防教育的典範教育。澳門大學國旗儀仗隊建隊後，每年隊員們均會前往氹仔駐澳軍營接受培訓指導。澳門大學國旗儀仗隊自成立至今，離不開駐澳門部隊的大力支持與幫助。

結束本次軍營交流活動後，隊員們收穫頗豐，表示在返校後的訓練中，將會結合這次軍營交流活動上學到的訓練內容以及實際升旗的需要，繼續打磨自身的專業動作，也會更加重視紀律性和默契的培養。澳門大學國旗儀仗隊會一直牢記護衛國旗的使命擔當，宣傳國旗文化，並推動學校愛國愛澳教育的發展。

On 4^th March 2023, the UM National Flag Team (NFT) participated in the professional training and visited the military site in Taipa organised by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Macao Garrison. The NFT members have gained knowledge and experience from the professionals and got themselves well prepared for the up-coming NFT events and other exchange activities.

In the beginning, NFT members watched the flag-raising ceremony presented by the armies.  NFT Members were impressively amazed by the armies’ neatness with their uniform marching. After the flag-raising ceremony, the Chinese People’s Liberation armies led NFT members to visit the exhibition hall inside the military site. Then, NFT members listened to the seminar held by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Macao Garrison, about the knowledge of the National Flag of China, the National Emblem, and the National Anthem. Through this seminar, NFT members understood the development and history of the military site, and the important contribution to the Macao society. The members have strengthened their mission and vision for protecting the dignity of the National Flag after they received the lesson from the seminar.

When the seminar ended, the armies led the NFT members to the site for professional training as how to be flag bearers and honoring-sword bearers. During the flag bearer training, the military site instructors led the members in term of a team to practice the fundamental marching and fixed the wrong gestures from the team. After all the marching movements had been tuned well and the team could do neat and uniform marching, the instructors introduced the techniques on how to raise the National Flag properly with manner. For the honoring-sword practice session, the instructors had some extra trainings with the members who are taking in charge of the honoring-sword. The military site instructor highly appreciated the NFT members for their concentration, hard work, as well as the persistence in tuning every gestures into perfect.

The Chinese People’s Liberation Army Macao Garrison first organised the above training in 2016. After the NFT has established, the members go to the military site in Taipa for professional trainings and exchange every year. This training provided by the military has become the highest educational support and assistance from the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Macao Garrison to the NFT.

After attending the training, NFT members received loads of the knowledge in flag raising. The team will always remember the mission of dignity protection of the National Flag, spreading the culture of National Flag, and encourage the passion of patriotism and love for Macao in the UM campus.

澳門大學國旗儀仗隊「走進書院」系列活動持續推進，於2月28日傍晚，國旗儀仗隊的骨幹隊員代表走進何鴻燊東亞書院，從學生活動中，讓學生以參與、體驗和感受為主，舉辦了一場具有東亞書院特色的愛國教育活動。

是次活動，主講隊員在向同輩院生分享國旗的誕生歷史和含義等多種相關文化知識之外，在法規介紹和交流環節還著重融入了旗隊特色儀仗文化。在交流活動當中，隊員不但展示了儀仗用具的正確使用方法，還特別介紹了隊內目前全部的服裝制式，包括正式儀式中整套的制服著裝和訓練時的作訓著裝。如果說儀仗指揮刀和旗是儀仗精神的載體，由往屆骨幹隊員自主設計的隊服更是承載著澳大國旗儀仗隊特色的文化觀念，讓院生們在瞭解國旗文化的同時，亦對旗隊隊員的信念與理念也有一定的瞭解，產生愛國愛澳愛校良好的同輩影響。此外在「走進書院」系列活動中，旗隊首次播放由融媒體團隊製作的獻禮宣傳片，畫面中亦對旗隊隊員的颯爽英姿，畫面後旗隊隊員的多能多藝，吸引了眾多院生對旗隊的關注。

活動後，參與的書院導師和院生皆表示收益匪淺，講座和體驗在傳播愛國主義思想的同時，潛移默化地增強了院生們自覺維護國旗尊嚴的意識。何鴻燊東亞書院亦成立家國情懷小組，組織並鼓勵院生積極參與升國旗儀式和國旗文化講座等愛國愛澳教育活動。

The Seminar Series “Walk into the Colleges” organized by the UM National Flag Team (NFT) was held successfully on 28^th February 2023 with Stanley Ho East Asia College (SHEAC). The seminar aims at students’ participation, experience, and their feelings towards patriotism and love for Macau. This is an educational student activity for patriotism, with particular feature and characteristics of SHEAC.

During the activity, NFT members presented the birth history of the National Flag of China and all kinds of knowledge in its culture. Through introduction of law regulations concerning about the National Flag of China, and the exchange session, NFT members emphasized on the culture in UM National Flag Team. Moreover, NFT members presented how to march with the honoring knives and the flags during the exchange session, as to let college students know that the honoring gears are spirit of the National Flag Team. They also introduced the uniform and the training clothes, for spreading the culture of National Flag Team, the characteristics of the team to the college students. The team had strengthened the vision and mission of the National Flag Team to both the college students and themselves. Furthermore, the introduction video, made by the UM National Flag Media Team, was first presented in the seminar series this time. The heroic and united figure of the NFT members, and the talented side of them attracted the attention of the students.

The fellows and college students from SHEAC said that they had gained profound knowledge from the NFT. Through the experience session, NFT succeeded in spreading the core spirit of patriotism. In this way, they aim at strengthening the consciousness for students of knowing how to protect the dignity of the National Flag of China. Nevertheless, SHEAC has established a group of “Family and Country Feeling“, for organizing and encouraging SHEAC students to participate in the flag raising ceremonies and the seminar series for patriotism and love for Macau.
