Voting Day and Ballot Counting for the Election of the Leadership of 18th UMPA

 

According to electoral provisions in Chapter 4 of the UMPA Constitution, the election will be conducted in the form of a cabinet, with anonymous and direct ballots. According to the No.2/2023 notice of Election Committee of UMPA, voting days of Election of the Leadership of  18th UMPA will be held on April 27th and 28th. The votes will be counted and announced in the evening on April 28th. Details are as the following:

Voting time and venue:

April 27th,10:00-19:30, S8-G/F U Mall; S3-C3 PGH Foyer; N21-G/F Research Building;

April 28th,10:00-19:30, S8-G/F U Mall; W32 Foyer; N21-G/F Research Building.

Ballot counting time and venue:

April 28th 20:00, S1-G015, PGH(S1)

Election Rules:

According to the statistics of registered students in the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2022/2023 of the University of Macau on April 4th 2023, the total number of registered postgraduate students is 5085 and the effective voting rate is 12%. Details of the calculation are as following:

 

  1. The total number of valid votes obtained by the candidate cabinet shall not be less than 12% (611 votes) of the total number of graduate students in the University of Macau;
  2. The number of valid “agree” votes for the elected candidate must exceed the number of valid “disagree” votes.

路線：蘭州市→武威市→金昌市→張掖市（肅南裕固族自治縣） →酒泉市/嘉峪關市（阿克塞哈薩克族自治縣·肅北蒙古族自治縣） →敦煌市（結束） 
註冊費：人民幣 1000 元
對象：現正就讀的港澳台籍學生
自行承擔所在地區往返蘭州中川國際機場 (或火車站、長途汽車站等)的交通費及交通工具附帶的保險費用等
*活動的詳細內容及費用說明:  文化行者研学安息2023年招募简章 。
 
對象：
1. 於澳門大學現正就讀的港澳籍學生
2. 必須持有 “港澳居民往來內地通行証” 的全日制在校學生
*內地及其他國家或地區的留學生、交流學生等均無法申請
 
名額：
由參與院校在報名學生中選拔
 
要求：
1. 具團隊精神，尊重和遵守紀律
2. 按活動期間要求參與研修活動及作業，並於結束時提交心得
*本次非一般旅行或文化交流活動，活動期間所有營員必須按要求全程參研習活動並完成作業，活動結束後按時提交心得體會等材料。
如申請者無法理解本專案的性質，或無法保證參與程度，不建議申請。


甄選方法：
名額有限，以覆歷或曾參與之學生活動作評分 (如有需要將安排面試)
 
備註：
擁有以下資歷者將有機會獲優先錄取
1. 曾參加學生領袖活動或現任學生領袖;
2. 現正修讀人文或社會學科，並對絲綢之路、文化遺產、歷史文化研究具興趣或基礎知識的學生

一直以來，澳門擁有國際化的社會環境，來自世界不同國家的文化在我們的小島上匯集交融。作為澳門大學的一員，我們當中也有許多異國同學與老師，為了增進對彼此的了解，營造和諧的國際化校園環境，學生領袖培訓計劃將舉辦文化遊園會， 向大家介紹不同國家文化在澳門地區的發展以及其與澳門本土文化的融合。同時，我們邀請大家加入到我們的趣味遊戲、文化體驗活動中，品嚐異國美食、學習全新的語言和交到不同國家的新朋友。現場還有徽章DIY工作坊，可以帶走你的成品並且用拍立得合照留念，快來參加吧！

Macau has always been a cosmopolitan society where cultures from different countries converge and blend on our small island. As a member of the University of Macau, many foreign students and teachers are among us. To promote mutual understanding and create a harmonious international campus environment, the Student Leadership Program will organize an activity to introduce the development of different cultures in Macau and their integration with the local culture. At the same time, we invite you to join us for fun games and cultural experiences to taste delicious exotic food, learn new languages, and make new friends from different countries. There will also be a DIY badge workshop where you can take home your finished product and take a photo with a Polaroid! Come and join us!

接受第十八屆澳門大學研究生會領導機關選舉報名

根據《澳門大學研究生會章程》第三十七條第一款之規定，選舉委員會 現接受第十八屆澳門大學研究生會領導機關候選組別報名，並制定以下指引：

一、  根據澳門大學研究生會章程中關於選舉之規定以及選舉委員會之要求，報 名的候選組別成員必須具備下述資格：

〈一〉本會會員；

〈二〉具有被選舉權；

〈三〉擁護《澳門大學研究生會章程》；

〈四〉會員大會主席團參選人中至少有一人全程參與畢委會各項活動，並在畢 委會中承擔主要職務；

〈五〉 理事會參選人需為 2023“澳門大學濠鏡研究生論壇”籌委會之成員；

〈六〉財務長參選人必須具備公共組織的財務管理經驗或熟悉澳門社團的財務 相關工作；

〈七〉 監事會參選人需為 2023“澳門大學濠鏡研究生論壇”籌委會之成員。

 

二、  候選組別須同時遞交候選組別成員學生證副本、政綱、宣傳計劃、競選財 政預算及宣傳物料樣本 (所有檔尺寸均為 A4) 各一份。

 

三、  候選組別將已填妥資料的報名表 (報名表請於附件中下載)， 連同第二點 所指資料的所有電子檔在 4 月 10 日 23:59 前電郵至 umpa.electbd@um.edu.mo ,   逾時恕不受理。郵件標題應註明:  「第十八屆澳門大學研究生會領導機關選舉—   會員大會及理事會選舉報名參選」或「第十八屆澳門大學研究生會領導機關選 舉—監事會選舉報名參選」。未在規定期間內報名的參選閣則視為放棄參選資格。

 

四、「可接納的候選組別」經選委會的批准後，可以對其宣傳計劃或宣傳物料樣 本作出修訂或增加，但須提前 7 個工作日告知選舉委員會備案。

If you are unable to pick up your gown in person, you may appoint a representative to pick up it by bringing your receipt, a copy of your student ID card, and a letter of authorization (Attachment 1).

If you do not collect your gown during the mentioned schedule, an administrative fee of MOP 20 will be charged for special arrangement.

【Call for Article Submission: The “2023 University of Macau Hou Keang Postgraduate Symposium”】

The University of Macau Postgraduate Association organizes the “2023 University of Macau Hou Keang Postgraduate Symposium”, with the theme of “Opportunities and Choices: Youth Advocacy in a New Journey”, in order to provide a platform for all master and doctoral students in the Asian-Pacific region to communicate with each other and exchange their experiences.

The Essay Competition, as one session of the symposium, is now open to all master and doctoral students. You are welcome to join.

Deadline for submitting: 15th March, 2023
