2023/2024學年參與對外交流計劃的本科生如何取得獎學金甄選資格?

於2023/2024 學年其中一個學期或整學年參與了對外交流計劃的本科同學,請仔細閱讀以下獎學金指引並遵照相關規定,以取得參與年度本科生獎學金甄選資格。相關同學請於2024年8月15日或之前把對外交流的學業成續單遞交至所屬學院。沒有參與對外交流計劃的同學無須遞交任何文件,獎學金將按照學生的成績分配。

How are undergraduate students who joined the outgoing exchange programme in the academic year
2023/2024 eligible for scholarship selection?

To be eligible for participating in the scholarship selection for undergraduate programmes, students who joined the outgoing exchange programme(s) in either semester or both semesters of the academic year 2023/2024 must fulfill the requirements mentioned in the guidelines below. Related students should read through the guidelines and submit the academic record of the exchange semester/academic year to their own faculty on or before 15 August 2024. Students who did not join the outgoing exchange programmes do not need to submit any documents, and scholarships will be allocated to eligible students according to their GPA.

The scholarships mentioned in this bulletin and the above guidelines are selected mainly based on students’ academic performance. For the list of scholarships, kindly visit the SAO website.

2023/2024 學年獎學金及助學金申請


澳大每年都獲得由不同機構捐贈的獎學金及助學金,以下幾項獎助學金現正接受申請。獎助學金申請期為2024年5月6日至6月18日,有興趣的學生請於限期內遞交所需文件至網上系統。

獎學金

  • 澳門商業銀行獎學金 (每名10,000澳門元)
    – 只限學士學位課程本地學生,主修商業經濟學、企業財務監控、會計學、金融學、計算機科學、法學(中文授課日間課程) 或法學(中葡雙 語授課日間課程)
    – 只限從未獲得此獎學金的學生申請

  • 宏利獎學金(每名5,000澳門元)
    只限工商管理學院或健康科學學院學士學位課程本地學生

  • 澳門金濠漢堡慈善會獎學金(每名10,000澳門元)
    只限學士學位課程一年級至三年級的本地學生

助學金

  • 金沙中國有限公司助學金 (每名10,000澳門元)
    只限經濟困難學士學位課程本地學生

  • 中國電信獎學金 (每名5,000澳門元)
    只限經濟困難學士學位課程內地學生

  • 澳門金濠漢堡慈善會助學金 (每名10,000澳門元)
    只限經濟困難學士學位課程一年級至三年級的本地學生

*助學金申請不適用於2023/2024學年畢業的學生。

申請流程
1. 把已填妥及親筆簽署的申請表和所需文件於期限內掃瞄並上載到網上系統
2. 學生發展處會於檢查文件後以電話/電郵方式通知申請人是否需要補交文件。
3. 申請商業銀行獎學金、宏利獎學金、金濠漢堡慈善會獎學金及金濠漢堡慈善會助學金的學生於收到本處的電郵確認後把申請文件紙本遞交到E31-2006,並攜帶證明文件正本以便核對。只申請金沙中國有限公司助學金和中國電信助學金的則無需遞交文件紙本,除非本處通知需要檢查文件。

申請須知
1. 申請獎學金的學生須於遞交紙本時為每一項獎學金遞交一套獨立文件,本處會於收件後轉交相應捐贈機構進行甄選 (包括澳門商業銀行獎學金、宏利獎學金和金濠漢堡慈善會獎學金及助學金)。
2. 獎學金申請者有機會被捐贈機構邀請參加獎學金面試。
3. 澳門商業銀行獎學金只限從未獲得此獎學金的學生申請。
4. 金沙中國有限公司助學金和中國電信助學金申請不適用於2023/2024學年畢業的學生。
5. 申請期:
– 遞交網上申請: 2024年5月6日 – 6月18日.
本處會於收到文件後10個工作天內以電話/電郵方式與申請人聯絡有關補交文件 (如需要) 及遞交申請文件紙本事宜。

申請所需文件

金沙中國有限公司助學金 (本地學生)
1. 申請人的身份證副本
2. 申請者及家人的收入證明文件: 
2a. 僱主發出的收入證明: 於去年5月至今年4月 (共12個月) 擁有有薪工作 (全職/兼職)的成員
2b. 「收入聲明書」: 自僱、退休 (收取公司退休金)、有收取社會保障基金的給付(養老金、殘疾金等)、有收取社會工作局經濟援助 (援助金、敬老金、殘疾津貼 、社會融和計劃等) 、其他收入 (租金收入等) 或因其他原因無法提供上述收入證明的成員 (範例)
   -> 社會保障基金的給付(養老金、殘疾金等): 需額外遞交社保制度給付紀錄 (可透過網上/一戶通查詢) (截圖須清楚看見受益人姓名)

3. 成績表 (包括2023/2024第二學期成績) (無需於本系統上載此文件,只需遞交紙本即可)
– 學生須於網上繳費服務系統申請 (MOP55, 非密封)
*申請前請再次確認第二學期成績已經公佈
– 由於法學院會於較後時間公佈成績,法學院學生須遞交:
>於網上繳費服務系統申請的成績表;
>如最近一/兩個學期的成績尚未包括在上述成績表,請同時提供 Student account 上最新一/兩個學期的E-academic report截圖

4. 申請學生在學期間曾參與之社會服務證明書副本(如有)
5. 所有家庭成員(包括申請學生)自去年5月至今年4月 (共12個月) 由僱主簽發之「收入聲明書」(表格由金濠漢堡慈善會提供) (獎學金申請者無需遞交此文件)
6. 其他有助於助學金申請之證明 (獎學金申請者無需遞交此文件)

Scholarships and Fellowships Application 2023/2024


Every year, UM receives scholarship and fellowship donations from various organizations and individuals. The following scholarships and fellowships are now open for applications. The application period is from 6 May – 18 June 2024. If you are interested, please submit the application form and the appropriate documentation to the online application system during the application period.

Scholarships

  • Banco Comercial de Macau Scholarship (MOP10,000 each)
    – For bachelor’s degree local students, majoring in Business Economics, Financial Controllership, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Law (Day-time programme taught in Chinese) or Law (Day-time programme taught in Chinese and Portuguese)
    – Only applicable to students who have not been granted this scholarship

  • Manulife Scholarship (MOP5,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree local students from Faculty of Business Administration or Faculty of Health Sciences

  • The Golden Burger (Macau) Charity Association Scholarship (MOP10,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree local students in year 1 to 3

Fellowships

  • Sands China Ltd. Fellowship (MOP10,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree local students with financial difficulties

  • China Telecom Scholarship (MOP5,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree Mainland China students with financial difficulties

  • The Golden Burger (Macau) Charity Association Fellowship (MOP10,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree local students with financial difficulties, in year 1 to 3

*Fellowship application is NOT for students who will graduate in the academic year 2023/2024.

Application Procedures
1. Scan and upload the completed application form with handwritten signature and the required documents to the online system.
2. SDS will contact the applicant by phone/email for further papers if necessary.
3. Students who apply for the BCM Scholarship, Manulife Scholarship, Golden Burger Scholarship, or Golden Burger Fellowship must submit a paper copy of their documents to the E31-2006 counter after receiving email confirmation from the Student Development Section. Please also provide the original proofs for verification. For the Sands China Limited Fellowship and China Telecom Scholarship, applicants do not need to submit a paper copy unless required.

Notes
1. Please prepare a separate copy of the documents for each scholarship. The documents will be sent to the donating organizations for selection (BCM Scholarship, Manulife Scholarship, Golden Burger Scholarship and Fellowship).
2. The donating company may contact the applicants to schedule scholarship interviews.
3. BCM Scholarship is only applicable to students who have not been granted this scholarship.
4. The application of Sands China Limited Fellowship and China Telecom Fellowship are NOT for students who will graduate in the academic year 2023/2024.
5. Application Period:

Family members who are self-employed, retired with pension/other incomes, or unable to submit the salary proof mentioned above due to other reason(s). Please also provide the official letter(s) issued by the government/ employer/ related organization, bank transfer record, etc.)
2c. “Declaration of No Income”
Family members who did not have income in the past 12 months
3. “Declaration of Household Income”
– Total income of the whole family on this form should be equal to the income earned by all members (add up 2a, 2b and 2c)

 

China Telecom Scholarship (Fellowship) (mainland China students)
1. ID copy of the applicant
2. Income/Salary proofs of the applicant and family member(s):
2a. Salary proofs issued by employers:
Family members who had paid jobs (full-time and part-time) in the past 12 months
2b. “Declaration of Income”
Family members who are self-employed, retired with pension/rental income/other incomes, or unable to submit the salary proof mentioned above due to other reasons. Please also provide the official letter(s) issued by the government/ employer/ related organization, bank transfer record, etc.)
2c. “Declaration of No Income”
Family members who did not have income in the past 12 months
3. “Declaration of Household Income”
– Total income of the whole family on this form should be equal to the income earned by all members (add up 2a, 2b and 2c)
4. “University of Macau Undergraduate Students Proof of Financial Status Form” with chop from authorized departments (Mainland China students only)

– Students should apply for the transcript at the Online Payment Service (OPS) system (MOP55, unsealed)
*Please make sure the result of 2nd semester is already available before submitting the application for a transcript
– FLL students should provide:
     > Transcript applied through OPS system, and
     > If the  1st and/or 2nd semester of 2022/2023 academic result has not been released and included in the above-mentioned transcript, please also provide a screenshot of the “E-academic record” of that semester in the student account

6. Proof of scholarship during the past academic year, if any
7. Proof of applicant’s extra-curricular activities, contribution to social services, culture and academic achievements during the past academic year, if any
8. Proof of other awards received during the past academic year, if any

 

The Golden Burger (Macau) Charity Association Scholarship and Fellowship (Local students)
1. Golden Burger (Macau) Charity Association Application form (Completed with handwritten signature) 
2. ID copy of the applicant
3. Original copy of academic transcript (Include the academic result of 2023/2024 2nd semester)
(Do not need to upload this document to the online system, you have to submit this together with the paper copy of the other documents after receiving SDS’s confirmation)
– Students should apply for the transcript at the Online Payment Service (OPS) system (MOP55, unsealed)
*Please make sure the result of 2nd semester is already available before submitting the application for a transcript

Scholarships and Fellowships Application 2023/2024


Every year, UM receives scholarship and fellowship donations from various organizations and individuals. The following scholarships and fellowships are now open for applications. The application period is from 6 May – 18 June 2024. If you are interested, please submit the application form and the appropriate documentation to the online application system during the application period.

Scholarships

  • Banco Comercial de Macau Scholarship (MOP10,000 each)
    – For bachelor’s degree local students, majoring in Business Economics, Financial Controllership, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Law (Day-time programme taught in Chinese) or Law (Day-time programme taught in Chinese and Portuguese)
    – Only applicable to students who have not been granted this scholarship

  • Manulife Scholarship (MOP5,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree local students from Faculty of Business Administration or Faculty of Health Sciences

  • The Golden Burger (Macau) Charity Association Scholarship (MOP10,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree local students in year 1 to 3

Fellowships

  • Sands China Ltd. Fellowship (MOP10,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree local students with financial difficulties

  • China Telecom Scholarship (MOP5,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree Mainland China students with financial difficulties

  • The Golden Burger (Macau) Charity Association Fellowship (MOP10,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree local students with financial difficulties, in year 1 to 3

*Fellowship application is NOT for students who will graduate in the academic year 2023/2024.

Application Procedures
1. Scan and upload the completed application form with handwritten signature and the required documents to the online system.
2. SDS will contact the applicant by phone/email for further papers if necessary.
3. Students who apply for the BCM Scholarship, Manulife Scholarship, Golden Burger Scholarship, or Golden Burger Fellowship must submit a paper copy of their documents to the E31-2006 counter after receiving email confirmation from the Student Development Section. Please also provide the original proofs for verification. For the Sands China Limited Fellowship and China Telecom Scholarship, applicants do not need to submit a paper copy unless required.

Notes
1. Please prepare a separate copy of the documents for each scholarship. The documents will be sent to the donating organizations for selection (BCM Scholarship, Manulife Scholarship, Golden Burger Scholarship and Fellowship).
2. The donating company may contact the applicants to schedule scholarship interviews.
3. Application Period:
– Submission of online application: 6 May – 18 June 2024

Family members who had paid jobs (full-time and part-time) in the past 12 months
2b. “Declaration of Income”
Family members who are self-employed, retired with pension/other incomes, or unable to submit the salary proof mentioned above due to other reason(s). Please also provide the official letter(s) issued by the government/ employer/ related organization, bank transfer record, etc.)
2c. “Declaration of No Income”
Family members who did not have income in the past 12 months
3. “Declaration of Household Income”
– Total income of the whole family on this form should be equal to the income earned by all members (add up 2a, 2b and 2c)

China Telecom Scholarship (Fellowship)
1. ID copy of the applicant
2. Income/Salary proofs of the applicant and family member(s):
2a. Salary proofs issued by employers:
Family members who had paid jobs (full-time and part-time) in the past 12 months
2b. “Declaration of Income”

– Students should apply for the transcript at the Online Payment Service (OPS) system (MOP55, unsealed)
– The academic result of the 2023/2024 2nd semester will be released after 31 May. Please apply for the transcript after this date
*Please make sure the result of 2nd semester is already available before submitting the application for a transcript
– FLL students should provide:
     > Transcript applied through OPS system, and
     > If the  1st and/or 2nd semester of 2022/2023 academic result has not been released and included in the above-mentioned transcript, please also provide a screenshot of the “E-academic record” of that semester in the student account

6. Proof of scholarship during the past academic year, if any
7. Proof of applicant’s extra-curricular activities, contribution to social services, culture and academic achievements during the past academic year, if any
8. Proof of other awards received during the past academic year if any

The Golden Burger (Macau) Charity Association Scholarship and Fellowship
1. Golden Burger (Macau) Charity Association Application form (Completed with handwritten signature) 
2. ID copy of the applicant
3. Original copy of academic transcript (Include the academic result of 2023/2024 2nd semester)
(Do not need to upload this document to the online system, you have to submit this together with the paper copy of the other documents after receiving SDS’s confirmation)
– Students should apply for the transcript at the Online Payment Service (OPS) system (MOP55, unsealed)
– The academic result of the 2023/2024 2nd semester will be released after 31 May. Please apply for the transcript after this date

Scholarships Guidelines
(For undergraduate students who joined outgoing exchange programmes in the academic year 2022/2023)

To be eligible for the scholarship selection (scholarships managed by SAO), students who joined the outgoing exchange programme(s) in either semester or both semesters of the academic year 2022/2023 have to fulfill the requirements mentioned in the attached guidelines. Related students should read through the guidelines and submit the academic record of the exchange semester/academic year to their own faculty on or before 15 August 2023.

The selection of the scholarships mentioned in this bulletin and guidelines is mainly based on students’ academic performance. For the list of scholarships, kindly visit SAO website.

Students who did not join the outgoing exchange programmes do not need to submit any document, scholarships will be allocated to eligible students according to their GPA.

教育基金“大專助學金資助計劃”接受申請

  “大專助學金資助計劃”的資助範圍涵蓋由預科課程至博士學位的高等教育課程;當中的貸學金旨在資助經濟上有困難的學生,將考慮申請人2022年財政年度的每月家團總收入作甄選;奬學金用以資助學業成績優異的學生,並以申請人最近一學年的成績作甄選;原特別助學金更名為指定學科助學金,資助的學科專業課程將配合特區政府發展所需的專業人才方向作增加;原特殊助學金更名為赴葡升學助學金,繼續用以支持本澳學生赴葡萄牙升學,有關甄選以文件分析結合甄選考核組成。

申請期 (2023/2024學年)2023年8月7日至25日 

申請資格 :
(一)持有有效或可續期的澳門特別行政區居民身份證;
(二)曾在澳門特別行政區高等院校或非高等教育學校就讀不少於三年,且就讀期間持有有效或可續期的澳門特別行政區居民身份證;
(三)擬於提出助學金申請緊接的學年修讀由依法設立的高等院校以面授方式開辦的預科課程或以下高等教育課程
(四)不具有與申請助學金用以修讀的課程相同或更高程度的學位

申請方式:

  • 透過“澳門公共服務一戶通”個人帳戶登入“一戶通”網頁版或手機應用程式提出申請,或
  • 於辦公時間內親臨教育及青年發展局(地址:澳門約翰四世大馬路7-9號一樓)向教育基金提出申請。

名單公佈:

大專助學金資助計劃” 的各助學金名單將於2023年第四季內陸續公佈:

  • 貸學金的申請結果名單將於2023年11月3日公佈。
  • 獎學金及指定學科助學金的合資格申請人及有條件限制的申請人名單將於2023年11月10日公佈,有條件限制的申請人可於2023年11月17日或之前補交證明文件,以彌補缺漏或證明符合奬學金或指定學科助學金的申請條件,而申請結果名單將於2023年12月29日公佈。

對於現有的受資助者,繼續適用取得助學金時的規章,但須按照規定辦理續期、因就讀情況改變而申請繼續領取助學金,以及從事職業活動。

2022/2023 學年獎學金及助學金申請


澳大每年都收到由不同機構捐贈的獎學金及助學金,以下幾項獎助學金現正接受申請。申請期為2023年5月4日至6月23日,有興趣的學生請於限期內於網上系統遞交所需文件,並於收到本處確認後把申請文件遞交至 E31-2006 櫃台。

1. 把已填妥及親筆簽署的申請表和所需文件於期限內掃瞄並上載到網上系統
2. 學生發展處會於檢查文件後以電話/電郵方式通知申請人是否需要補交文件。
3. 於收到本處的電郵確認後把申請文件紙本遞交到E31-2006,請攜帶證明文件正本以便查核。

1. 申請獎學金的學生須於遞交紙本時為每一項獎學金備好一套獨立文件,本處會於收件後轉交相應捐贈機構進行甄選 (包括澳門商業銀行獎學金、宏利獎學金和金濠漢堡慈善會獎學金及助學金)。
2. 獎學金申請者有機會被邀請參加獎學金面試。

3. Original copy of academic transcript (Include the academic result of 2nd semester)

** “Past 12 months” means the period from May 2022 to April 2023.

2022/2023 學年獎學金及助學金申請


澳大每年都收到由不同機構捐贈的獎學金及助學金,以下幾項獎助學金現正接受申請。申請期為2023年5月4日至6月23日,有興趣的學生請於限期內於網上系統遞交所需文件,並於收到本處確認後把申請文件遞交至 E31-2006 櫃台。

  • 澳門商業銀行獎學金 (每名10,000澳門元)
    – 只限學士學位課程本地學生,主修商業經濟學、企業財務監控、會計學、金融學、計算機科學、法學(中文授課日間課程) 或法學(中葡雙 語授課日間課程)
    – 只限從未獲得此獎學金的學生申請

  • 宏利獎學金(每名15,000澳門元)
    只限學士學位課程本地學生,主修財務學

  • 澳門金濠漢堡慈善會獎學金(每名10,000澳門元)
    只限學士學位課程本地學生

助學金

  • 金沙中國有限公司助學金 (每名10,000澳門元)
    只限經濟困難學士學位課程本地學生

  • 中國電信獎學金 (每名5,000澳門元)
    只限學士學位課程內地學生

  • 澳門金濠漢堡慈善會助學金 (每名10,000澳門元)

*助學金申請不適用於2022/2023學年畢業的學生。

申請流程
1. 把已填妥及親筆簽署的申請表和所需文件於期限內掃瞄並上載到網上系統
2. 學生發展處會於檢查文件後以電話/電郵方式通知申請人是否需要補交文件。
3. 於收到本處的電郵確認後把申請文件紙本遞交到E31-2006,請攜帶證明文件正本以便查核。

申請須知
1. 申請獎學金的學生須於遞交紙本時為每一項獎學金備好一套獨立文件,本處會於收件後轉交相應捐贈機構進行甄選 (包括澳門商業銀行獎學金、宏利獎學金和金濠漢堡慈善會獎學金及助學金)。
2. 獎學金申請者有機會被邀請參加獎學金面試。
3. 申請期:
– 遞交網上申請: 2023年5月4日 – 6月23日
本處會於收到文件後7個工作天內以電話/電郵方式與申請人聯絡有關補交文件 (如需要) 及遞交申請文件紙本事宜。

– 第二學期的成績將於6月2日後公佈,所以請於此日期後申請成績表

助學金:
除上述4項資料,澳門金濠漢堡慈善會助學金申請者亦需遞交以下證明文件:

1. 所有家庭成員(包括申請學生)自去年5月至今年4月由僱主簽發之「收入聲明書」

2. 其他有助於助學金申請之證明

*「家庭成員」是指與申請人共同居住及生活之全體成員,以及因在外地工作/求學而不與申請人共同居住,但經濟上支持/依賴該家庭者。
**「過去12個月的收入」是指去年5月至今年4月的總收入及其他津貼。
***「收入聲明書」和「家庭收入聲明書」均以澳門元結算,如收入貨幣是人民幣,請以 CNY1 : MOP1.1803 計算。

Scholarships and Fellowships Application 2022/2023


Every year, UM receives scholarship and fellowship donations from different organizations and individuals. The following scholarships and fellowships are now open for application. The application period is from 4 May – 23 June 2023. If you are interested, please submit the application form together with the required documents to the online application system and hand in the hard copy of the documents to E31-2006 counter after receiving our confirmation.

  • Banco Comercial de Macau Scholarship (MOP10,000 each)
    – For bachelor’s degree local students, majoring in Business Economics, Financial Controllership, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Law (Day-time programme taught in Chinese) or Law (Day-time programme taught in Chinese and Portuguese)
    – Only applicable to students who have not been granted this scholarship

  • Manulife Scholarship (MOP15,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree local students majoring in Finance

  • The Golden Burger (Macau) Charity Association Scholarship (MOP10,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree local students

Fellowships

  • Sands China Ltd. Fellowship (MOP10,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree local students with financial difficulties

  • China Telecom Scholarship (MOP5,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree Mainland China students with financial difficulties

  • The Golden Burger (Macau) Charity Association Fellowship (MOP10,000 each)
    For bachelor’s degree local students

*Fellowship application is NOT for students who are going to graduate in the academic year 2022/2023.

Application Flow
1. Scan and upload the completed application form with handwritten signature and the required documents to the online system.
2. SDS will contact the applicant through phone/email for confirmation or supplementary documents if needed.
3. Submit the hard copy of documents to E31-2006 counter after receiving the email confirmation from SDS. Please bring along the originals of the proofs for verification.

Notes
1. Please prepare an individual copy of the documents for each scholarship when you submit the hard copies. The documents will be passed to the donating organizations for selection (including BCM Scholarship, Manulife Scholarship, Golden Burger Scholarship and Fellowship).
2. Scholarship applicants may be contacted by the donating organization for interviews.
3. Application Period:

Applicants will be contacted via phone/email within 7 working days after submitting the documents. They will be informed about the submission of supplementary documents if needed and hard copies of application documents.

3c. “Declaration of No Income”: Family members who earn no income in the past 12 months

4. “Declaration of Household Income”
– Total income of the whole family on this form should be equal to the income earned by all members (add up 3a, 3b and 3c)

5. “University of Macau Undergraduate Students Proof of Financial Status Form” with chop from authorized departments (Mainland China students only)

Scholarships:
