CMMS Mobile Page is Available for Maintenance Request Submission

Dear students and colleagues,

In an aim of improving maintenance request procedure and better user experience, mobile page function has been introduced to CMMS recently, including user interface enhancement and simplifying some options. Please feel free to use the service and thank you for your attention to campus facilities all the time. Please refer to Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) User Manual (Mobile) for instructions.

Please be informed that an electrical maintenance work will be carried out at N6 and P2.

The power supply and network services at N6 and P2 (including wired, wireless, and IP phone services) will be suspended or affected during the following period:

**溫馨提示：

·   關掉大型電器如冷氣機等，可避免復電時負荷突然激增;

·   準備手提電筒及後備電池;

·   保留一盞電燈開關在“開”的位置，以便你知道何時復電。

Dear Students and Colleagues,

Please be informed that an electrical maintenance work will be carried out at N6 and P2.

The power supply and network services at N6 and P2 (including wired, wireless, and IP phone services) will be suspended or affected during the following period:

** Friendly reminder:

 

·   Turn off large appliances, such as air-conditioner, etc. to prevent sudden increase in load when the power is restored;

·   Prepare a portable flashlight with backup batteries;

·   Reserve a light switch at “ON” position, so you will know when the power is restored.
