Contents:		 導師會帶領學員進行一系列身心靈運動，包括冥想，呼吸，熱身，式子，靜心休息，期間配合頌缽聲頻，幫助學員找到讓身心調整到平靜安穩的狀態。
The mentor will lead participants through a series of mind-body exercises, including meditation, breathing techniques, warm-ups, poses, and periods of quiet relaxation, accompanied by singing bowl frequencies, to help participants find a state of calm and tranquility in both body and mind.

*學員請穿著寬鬆運動裝，並帶備一條小毛巾、一瓶水及瑜珈墊，瑜珈墊可自備或於近N8正門前台借用。Please wear loose-fitting activewear and bring along a small towel, a water bottle and a yoga mat. You can bring your own mat, or yoga mats can be borrowed from the N8 main entrance counter.

[Handouts & Photos] 2024 Administrative Workshop (1): Practical Operation of Check-in/out System

On 9 January 2024, the Human Resources Section (HRS) of the Office of Administration organized the Administrative Workshop (1): Practical Operation of Check-in/out System. Representatives from the HRS introduced and demonstrated the functions and operational steps of the Check-in/out System, including the adjustments on daily check-in/out records, the record adjustments on medical consultation situations, as well as some cautionary notes for each unit regarding the preparation of monthly check-in/out reports. Around 80 colleagues attended the workshop.

“Administrative Workshops” is a series of seminars/briefings open to administrative colleagues that aims at enhancing work efficiency and enriching the skills of administrative professionals at the University. 【Tips for Scam Prevention】Special Notice by Judiciary Police and WeChat Mini Program “Macau Pacífico e Seguro”

The following information was provided by the Judiciary Police and posted by the Human Resources Section.

 
近月本澳電訊詐騙案件有回升趨勢，司法警察局持續接獲市民舉報收到詐騙電話或短訊，大部分市民均醒目識破騙徒伎倆，並沒上當，但仍有小部分市民不慎墮入騙局造成重大損失。
 
司法警察局經分析相關案件資料發現，騙徒的詐騙套路中以假冒政府機關人員最為普遍。騙徒會偽裝為內地公安或檢察官等具公權力執法人員，向市民施以威迫、恫嚇，迫使其配合進行轉帳或匯款，甚或提供自己的銀行帳號及密碼；更有騙徒以帶罪立功作幌子，誘騙市民參與作案，詐騙其他受害者。
 
雖然騙徒的詐騙手法層出不窮，但大多數是新瓶舊酒，只要大家日常多留意警方發放的防罪防騙資訊，提高警惕，並謹記以下防騙訣竅，騙徒便無法得逞：
  1. 任何政府部門都不會透過電話或線上方式要求市民轉帳或匯款；
  2. 警方不會要求“線上辦案”，也不會致電索取個人或銀行帳戶資料，更不會要求市民參與或協助執行偵查工作；
  3. 若遇到上述情況，很有可能是遭到詐騙，請立即拒絕對方任何要求，馬上掛線，並儘快致電本局防詐騙查詢熱線 88007777 或報案熱線 993 求助；
  4. 請多留意本局的防騙資訊，提高自我保護意識，並將防騙資訊轉發給身邊的親友，互相提醒注意防騙。

 

 

In recent months, telecommunication fraud has been on the rise, and the Judiciary Police (PJ) continuously receives reports of fraudulent calls or SMS from the public. While most people see through the scammers’ tricks, a small number of individuals still have incurred significant losses. 

Upon analyzing these cases, PJ found that scammers often impersonate government officials when defrauding victims. They pretend to be law enforcement officers, such as public security officers or prosecutors from Mainland China, and intimidate, threaten, or coerce their targets into making transfers or remittances or providing bank account details and passwords. Furthermore, some swindlers deceive their targets by claiming that they have committed a crime and could avoid punishment by participating in their schemes to dupe other victims.

Although scammers’ ruses constantly evolve, most of them are nothing more than old tricks in new packaging. As long as we pay attention to the crime prevention information disseminated by the police, remain vigilant, and remember the following anti-fraud tips, fraudsters will not have a chance:

  1. No government department will ever request transfers or remittances from the public through phone calls or online methods.
  2. Police in Macao will not process cases or ask residents to participate in or assist in investigation work via the Internet and will not ask for personal or bank account information via phone calls.
  3. Should you encounter any of the above situations, it is likely that you have become the target of fraud. Please reject any request from the other party immediately, hang up, and call our Bureau’s Anti-fraud enquiry hotline at 88007777 or the crime report hotline at 993 for assistance.
  4. You are advised to pay attention to the Judiciary Police’s anti-scam information, raise self-protection awareness and share anti-scam information with friends and relatives, in order to remind and alert each other to prevent fraud.

On 12 December 2023, the University of Macau (UM) arranged for over 30 staff members to visit the 20th Anniversary Retrospective Exhibition of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and the Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) (also known as the “Forum Macao”). 

Year 2023 marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Forum Macao. To commemorate this historical milestone, a retrospective exhibition was held, which consists of 6 areas: the Area of Review of the Forum Macao + Introduction of Member Countries, the Interactive Area, the Video Display Area, the Music Appreciation Area, the Cooking Area, and the Arts and Culture Area.

Through this exhibition, our colleagues gained a better understanding of the key moments in the developments and results achieved within the framework of the Forum Macao, as well as the exchange and cooperation between China and the Portuguese-speaking countries over the past two decades.
