【體.講座】「奥運金牌在澳大」分享會 — 黃旭博士

2屆奧運男子團體金牌及4次世界體操錦標錦賽男子團體冠軍，現為江蘇體操運動中心副主任兼體操隊領隊黃旭，獲大學邀請於“奧運金牌在澳大”分享會上細說他的體操旅程。分享會上，黃旭以自身的經歷，黃旭勉勵各位同學，不要害怕失敗，因為失敗乃成功之母。失敗過後，重新調整自己的心態，檢討失敗的原因及作出修正，重新向目標邁進。分享會的前一晚，黃旭參與了澳大競技啦啦隊的日常訓練並分享了他的經驗及意見。大家交流氣氛熱烈。

Olympic gold medalist Huang Xu, recently shared his gymnastics journey and insights during the ‘Olympic Gold Medalists’ Sharing Session organized by UM’s Office of Sports Affairs. During the event, Huang recounted his personal story of overcoming various challenges during his athlete period and present career. He emphasized the importance of facing challenges head-on and encouraged UM students to reach their full potential. The night before, Huang joined the Cheerleading team training and share his experience and opinion to the team members.
