親愛的同事們：

為進行設施維護工作，居易大道靠S24 之行車線將於2023年7月18日 (星期二) 下午3時至下午5時臨時封閉。期間駕駛者駛至施工地點前可掉頭駛離居易大道或可考慮改道至善大馬路前往目的地 。環校穿梭巴士行駛之路線將不受影響。

請駕駛者途徑該路段時減低車速、留意現場交通及指示。

Due to maintenance work, the driveway near S24 on Residence Avenue will be blocked from 15:00 to 17:00 on 18 July 2023 (Tuesday). Please consider making U-turn to drive away from Residence Avenue in front of the construction point or taking Perfect Goodness Avenue to access your destination during the above mentioned period.  The campus loop shuttle bus route will not not be affected.

Drivers are advised to slow down the speed, pay attention to on-site traffic arrangement and signs when passing by.

親愛的同學及同事們：

　　  2022/2023學年快將結束，為方便校內住宿學生遷出時搬運行李，於2023年5月5日至31日期間，大學將實施特別交通措施，具體安排如下：

  • 居易大道 (近職員宿舍) 及校友大道 (近E11科技學院) 的兩個路閘將於上述期間每日上午8時至下午6時開放，住宿學生及其家長之車輛可到指定地點接載學生及行李，惟進入大學之駕駛者須準確提供前往之目的地、姓名及聯繫電話。

          可供接載及上落行李的地點：上落客參考圖.2023

  • 為保障大家安全，以及不阻礙其他道路使用者使用道路之權利，所有進入大學內聯路的車輛不得泊車等候。

　　  所有外判公司及其送貨車輛亦須遵守以上規定，請各負責同事將上述安排告知相關外判公司。此外，如外判公司之車輛需停泊於上述路段上落貨，敬請提早1天發送電郵到sfs.security@um.edu.mo以作安排。

　 　 最後，請遵從現場保安員的指示。

Dear Students and Colleagues,

The Academic Year 2022/2023 is coming to the end.  In order to provide convenience to students for moving out with luggage, the following special traffic arrangement will be made from 5 to 31 May 2023.

  • The road gates on the Residence Avenue (near the Staff Quarters) and the Alumni Avenue (near E11 FST) will be opened from 08:00 to 18:00. Vehicles of student residents or their parents could drive-in for picking-up and loading purpose, nevertheless, driver shall provide the exact destination, name and contact number for registration. Please refer to the attachment for the designated loading zones.

  • For safety’s sake, as well as protecting interests of other road users, all vehicles are prohibited from parking or waiting along the inner roads. Vehicles at the loading zones should leave once upon picking-up of students and luggage.

All contractors and outlets should comply with the above arrangement, please disseminate the above messages to them accordingly. If there is any need for goods loading/uploading in the affected areas, please send email to sfs.security@um.edu.mo one day in advance for proper arrangement. 

Last but not least, please follow the instruction of on-site security guards all the time.
