現代人的生活機不離手，長時間使用手機、電腦，以及一些不良的姿勢都很容易令我們肌肉失衡，除了外觀不良，也伴隨痛症的產生。

如果你有以上問題又或者想改善肢體協調及對自己的身體有更高的覺察性，你可以考慮一下練習普拉提。

普拉提（英文：Pilates）原名是「控制學」(Contrology)，是Joseph Pilates自創的一種訓練；主要能改善肌肉失衡、增強腹部核心力量、提高脊椎柔韌性及身體協調能力、以及改善姿勢等；練習普拉提也能預防脊椎疾病及身體的慢性勞損。對運動員而言，練習普拉提有助提升他們運動表現，同時也減低運動時受傷的機會；也有著名的運動員用普拉提來治療拉傷了的肌肉。

是次活動是普拉提的體驗班，目的是讓學員了解普拉提的功用及參與一些普拉提基本動作的訓練。此課程為大眾班，適合一般體質及體格人士。

參與的同事請自備瑜伽蓆（1.5 cm 厚墊）及瑜伽磚（如有），穿著輕便運動服及防滑襪。

注意：各項運動皆有風險，凡自願參加此課程的學員即表示同意遵守導師的安全指引及願意承擔一切運動所帶來的受傷風險。　

This class aims to provide the participants a basic understanding of the functions of Pilates, and to guide them in performing some basic Pilates postures. The class is suitable for participants with common physique.

Participants should bring your own yoga mat (thickness: 1.5 cm) and yoga block (yoga block is optional). It is recommended to put on casual sportswear and anti-slip socks.

Note: Every sport involves risk. By enrolling this class, participants agreed to follow the safety guide given by the trainer and to bear the risk of injury from playing the sport.

  • Obtain an in-depth understanding of the requirements of ISO9001:2015 QMS and ISO 14001:2015 EMS
  • Learn necessary managerial, leadership and communication and results measurement skills to lead and mobilize their fellows to deploy the QMS and EMS
  • Understand the advantages of implementing QMS and EMS
  • Obtain knowledge and skills regarding how to monitor, measure, analysis and evaluate its performance, maintain and continually improve the QMS and EMS

課程內容：
Course Content:

在導師的指導下，你可以親自試聞各種包括花香、果香、複合香和草木香的香氣，並從中挑選喜愛的味道進行調試，製出專屬於自己的香水。
Under the guidance of the instructor, you can personally try and smell various aromas including floral, fruity, compound and herbaceous. Then choose your favorite flavors to mix and create your own perfume.

每位參加者可製作1瓶10ml之香水
Each participant can customize a bottle of perfume of 10ml

於「香港香水學校」就讀〖調香師〗課程，已有5年調香經驗，並於澳門聖美基街設有工作室。
Certified by “Hong Kong Perfume School” as a “Perfumer” with 5 years perfume experience. Owned a studio located at Rua De S.Miguel.

  • 為公平起見，如報名人數超過特定名額，報名將會以抽籤形式進行 ，但澳大全職員工優先。為了更能善用資源，懇請學員於報名獲確認後依時出席及參與。
  • 最終成班須視乎報名人數。
  • 報名後如須退出，必須於報名截止日期前向人力資源處提出。
  • If the number of enrollment exceeds the maximum quota, the enrollment will be drawn at random, but UM full-time staff will have the first priority. For a better use on the resources, kindly go to the class on schedule once the enrollment has been confirmed.
  • The confirmation of the class is subject to the no. of participants.
  • Withdrawal within the enrollment period is acceptable, please inform Human Resources Section accordingly.
