關於登記租賃研究生畢業袍的通知

致各位準研究生畢業生:

大家好!

因應2024年畢業照拍攝需要,學校將提供有限量畢業袍出租。數量有限,先到先得

若有意租賃畢業袍的同學,請於填寫表單進行登記並线上預付一日租金MOP80。https://wj.qq.com/s2/14194355/01mv/  畢委會將根據繳費順序決定畢業袍租賃的先後順序。數量有限,敬請諒解!如因袍數量不足,預訂不成功,租金會原路退回

押金繳纳方式:

  1. 取袍时將押金裝入信封裡,並寫上自己的姓名、學系和學生編號;
  2. 把已裝入押金的信封一同交至現場畢委會工作人員;
  3. 歸還租用畢業袍時,押金將原封退還;
  4. 請自備零錢,現場不設補水;

備註:
*學校提供的禮袍只有S、M、L三個尺寸,並且S碼數量較少;
*租借的畢業袍可能存在破損、色差及禮帽碼數不正等情況;
*租借天數以工作日為計算單位,且必須即日借即日還;
*若到時未能及時歸還畢業袍,將被收取一定滯納金(同租用費用一致,從逾期之日起按每天繳交滯納金);
*所有報名費繳交後不設退款。

Notice of graduation gown rental

Dear students,

Greetings! How time flies and here comes the graduation season! Congratulations for your graduation!

To support the 2024 graduation photo shooting, UM will offer a limited number of graduation gowns for rent. First-come, first-served. If you are interested in renting a graduation gown, please fill out the form to register and pay the one-day rental fee of MOP80 in advance online: https://wj.qq.com/s2/14194355/01mv/
The graduation committee will decide the order of graduation gown rental according to the order of payment. Please understand that the quantity is limited.

Rental fee:
The rent of graduation gowns are as follows:
Master’s Degrees – MOP 80 each day with MOP 500 deposit (include MOP 15 / day is charged as administrative fee)
Doctoral Degrees – MOP 80 each day with MOP 1,500 deposit (include MOP 15 / day is charged as administrative fee)

Gown pickup date: March 24, 2024

Office hours: 13:00 -18:00

Pick-up location: University Hall (N2)

Payment instruction:

1. Put the deposit in the envelope with your name, major and your student number written on it. Deposit can be counted as one day’s rent.
2. Submit the envelope (which has your deposit) and the rent in cash to the Graduation committee.
3. The deposit will be reimbursed upon return of the gown.
4. Please bring your own change, there will be no replenishment on site.
5. The date, time and venue of the collection and return of the gown will be notified separately.

Remarks:
*If you can’t register in person, you can ask your friend to pay for it and provide the size of the gown. Late Applications will not be accepted.
*Sample will be provided for your reference. Only M, L and a small number of S size gowns are provided.
*Please note that the rental gowns are reused items, some damages and flaws may appear on the gown, hood and cap.
*The deposit will not be refunded if the gown is returned with any damage.
*Lease duration will be counted by workdays; You need to return the gown on the same day you rent it. The overdue fine will be charged if the students fail to return on time.
*All registration fees are non-refundable.

注意事項:

  • 請同學們依照已安排之學系拍攝時間表(後續會發送至郵箱及公眾號)提前10~15分鐘抵達集合地點進行簽到並按序進入拍攝場地,無故缺席者將不獲補時拍攝。
  • 每個專業都已安排適當時間拍攝,如專業因遲到人數過多將不獲補拍。
  • 已付費之同學須按要求穿著全套正式畢業袍,並憑收據方可進場拍攝。
  • 為保障現場秩序,攝影當天親友不可進入 N2禮堂,請親友在校內其餘地方自由拍攝。
  • 照片預計會在五月或者六月製作完成,畢委會於收到照片後,會安排郵件發送畢業照電子檔。

畢業生衣著要求:

  • 準畢業生們必須穿著白色長袖襯衫,純黑色的西褲,黑色領帶,黑色鞋,畢業袍(連同所屬專業的披肩及方帽)。女生則可穿著黑裙,配黑色長襪或絲襪,請避免穿著太高的黑色高跟鞋。

The graduation photo shoot of the 2023/2024 postgraduates of the University of Macau will be taken on March 24, 2024. Details are as follows:

  • The above options already include the photographer, assistants and photo editing costs.

*In the meantime of collecting the gown (need to wait for the factory to finish production), please go to the Graduate School Office S3-G017 to collect the receipt and admission ticket for those students who have already paid the fee.
*Late application is not accepted.
*You can enter the site only with the receipt and admission ticket on the day of shooting. Please keep the relevant documents properly.

Remarks

  • All graduates please arrive at the shooting venue 10 to 15 minutes in advance for registration. . Those who are absent without a reasonable reason will not be given a supplementary photo.
  • Please follow the shooting schedule. If the faulty has too many late students, it will not be given additional time for filming.
  • Graduates must  follow  the  official  dress  code  and  bring  the  receipt  before participating in the graduation photo shoot.
  • To ensure the order on site, relatives and friends are not allowed to enter the N2 – U Hall on the day of the shooting.
  • The photos are expected to be ready in May or June. Graduation Committee will send email attached the photos in time.

Dress Code for Graduates

  • Potential graduates must wear a white long-sleeved shirt, black pants, black tie, black shoes, and graduation gown (along with their department’s hood and square hat). Women may wear a black dress with black stockings or pantyhose. Please avoid wearing black high heels that are too
  • The tassel of the cap should be on the lift-hand side when taking graduation photos.
  • Only those who wear according to the dress code can participate in the graduation photo shoot.

Notice of Rental for Graduation Grown

To meet the needs of the 2024 graduation photo shoot, a limited number of gowns will be available for rental. If you are interested in renting a graduation gown, please confirm the number of days and dates of rental in advance and complete the online payment form, only those who have completed the form and made the payment can rent the gown. Due to the limited number of gowns available, places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Rental Fees:

*Bachelor’s gown : Deposit is MOP500 , Rental fee is MOP90 /day (including MOP25 /day administrative fee).

 

Gown collection date: 22, 23, 24 March 2024

Remarks

  • Gowns provided by the University are only available in sizes S, M and L.
  • Rental robes may be torn, have different colors, and have incorrect cap sizes.
  • A deposit of MOP500  is required at the time of collection and only cash will be accepted at that time.
  • The deposit will not be refunded if the gown is found to be severely damaged upon return.
  • The rental days are counted as working days and must be returned by 25 March 2024 at 17:00hrs. Failure to return the Graduation Gown in time will result in a late fee (in line with the rental fee, which is $ per day from the date of late return).

注意事項:

  • 各畢業生需填妥報名表及繳費方可進場拍攝。
  • 各畢業生請準時按集合時間到達拍攝場地,無合理理由缺席者 將不獲補拍。
  • 各畢業生需憑當天入場券方可進場拍攝。
  • 入場券於拍攝當天由學系代表派發。
  • 入場券只供一次出入拍攝場地。一旦離開拍攝場地,將不接受 再次入場。
  • 各畢業生須按照官方衣著要求,才可參加畢業照拍攝。
  • 每個專業都已安排適當時間拍攝,各畢業生請提早 20至30 分 鐘到達拍攝場地準備,如專業因遲到人數過多將不獲補時拍攝。
  • 為保障現場秩序,攝影當天親友不可進入 N2 大學會堂,請親友在校內其餘地方自由拍攝。
  • 照片預計會在六月製作完成,畢委會於收到照片後,將透過電郵發送電子檔給各畢業生。

畢業生拍攝衣着要求:

  • 準畢業生必須穿著長袖白恤衫、純黑色西褲或西裙、黑領呔、純黑色鞋、畢業袍及畢業帽。畢業生必須熨燙畢業袍出席畢業典禮,並須自備髮夾及扣針以作固定畢業袍及畢業帽之用。
  • 只有衣著符合者,才能參加當日的畢業照拍攝。

Photo Shooting Timetable


Reminders

  • All graduates must fill in the Google form and finish the payment for the photo shooting.
  • All graduates please arrive at the shooting venue on time at the meeting time. Those absent without a reasonable reason will not be given a supplementary photo.
  • Graduates must have an admission ticket to enter the venue for filming.
  • The major representative will distribute the admission tickets on the day of shooting.
  • The admission tickets are valid for one entry and exit to the shooting venue only. Once you leave the shooting location, re-entry will not be accepted.
  • Graduates must follow the official dress code before participating in the graduation photo shoot.
  • Each faculty will be arranged an appropriate time for filming, graduates should arrive at the shooting venue 20~30 minutes in advance to prepare. If the faculty has too many late students, it will not be given additional time for filming.
  • In order to ensure the order on-site, relatives and friends are not allowed to enter the N2 – University Hall on the day of the shooting. Relatives and friends are welcome to take pictures in other areas of the campus.
  • The photos are expected to be completed in June. After receiving the photos, the graduation committee will send the photos through email.

文學創作社旨在提供一個平台,讓熱愛文學、熱愛中華傳統文化的你我,共同感受文字的魅力,挖掘內心的創作靈感。

澳門大學文學創作社曾經舉辦過「濠鏡秋色」華服文化節——華服之夜,《鏡花緣》之踏境尋緣等漢服文化主題活動,也與其他屬會聯合,定期舉辦讀書分享會;以漢字、古時、成語為背景,欣賞文學,歷史,中華文化之美;同時,本社出版的《上弦月》社刊,校內校外多方採納,圖影精妙,文思薈萃。

 

部門介紹

編輯創作部

  • 編輯創作部主要負責審閱社內外投稿,統籌社內文學創作活動,並安排一般文學活動及讀書會等。

華服文化部

  • 華服文化部負責推廣中華傳統服飾文化及其他傳統文化,並負責統籌相關活動,如華服文化節。

秘書部

  • 秘書部負責本社文書工作與收集整理本社資訊,撰寫信函,日程規劃,會議紀要與整理報名表等事宜。

財務部

  • 財務部負責編製本社季度預算及帳目,管理本社資金運用以及向學生事務部申請活動資助等事宜。

宣傳暨設計部

  • 宣傳暨設計部主要負責社內所有美術工作、排版工作、攝影工作等;同時宣傳暨設計部下設立了新媒體管理小組,負責管理本社新媒體或社交平台帳號,包括但不限於微信公眾號、IG、小紅書。

The Literature Club of the University of Macau Students’ Union (LCUMSU) is recruiting new students!!

Five departments are taking applications from new students this year. Please select your preferred position and join our Literature Club if you enjoy reading, traditional Chinese culture, the charm of language, and finding your inner creative spark!

 

Introduction of Departments

The Editorial Board

  • The editorial and creative department is mainly in responsible for organizing the Literature Club’s literary creative activities, arranging academic events, and reviewing manuscripts from both inside and outside the club. For example, Book Sharing Session.

Office of Chinese Costume and Culture

  • The Chinese Costume Culture Department is in responsible for advancing various traditional cultures as well as traditional Chinese costume culture. It is in responsible for organizing events related to culture, such the Chinese Costume Culture Festival. ​

The Secretariat

  • The Secretarial Department is in responsible for the Club’s administrative tasks, gathering and organizing its information, sending letters, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, creating registration forms, and other tasks.

The Treasury

  • The Finance Department is in responsible for managing the Club’s financial usage, preparing the budget and accounts, and applying SAO activity funding.

Office of Publicity and Design

  • The Promotion and Design Department is mainly in charge of all the Club’s artistic, typographic, photographic, etc. projects. In addition, the Promotion and Design Department has formed a social media management team to oversee our social media accounts, including but not limited to WeChat official accounts, IG, and Xiaohongshu.

為善用閒置土地,特區政府擬於黑沙海灘旁閒置地建設集教育科普、親子遊樂、歷奇挑戰、生態休閒、團建活動等設施的黑沙青少年活動體驗營,為全齡段居民尤其是青少年提供戶外鍛煉及休閒活動場地。

In order to optimize the use of idle land, the Macao SAR Government intends to build an experiential camp for youth activities at Hac Sa Beach, which integrates facilities for education and science popularization, parent-child play, adventure and challenge, ecological leisure and group building activities, etc. The camp is intended to provide a venue for all-age residents, especially youths, to engage in outdoor exercise and recreational activities.

To deepen students’ understanding of the programme, representatives from the Office of the Secretary for Administration and Justice and the Municipal Affairs Bureau will come to introduce the programme and collect students’ valuable opinions.

【Activity Review】 Orientation Camp of Student Leadership Training Programme Concluded Successfully

學生領袖培訓計劃於9月16至17日在香港元朗⼤棠渡假村舉行了為期兩日一夜的迎新營,活動包括破冰遊戲、團隊建立活動以及歷奇挑戰,讓學員互相認識、學習團隊溝通的技巧,以及進行自我挑戰,突破自己。本次培訓計劃共招募了26名成員,分別來自7個不同的學院,將會在資深成員的帶領下,共同合作完成本學年的項目和計劃。

是次迎新營,學員在破冰活動中進行了互相認識,在導師的帶領下,完成各項任務的挑戰,從中訓練他們的溝通技巧、領導技巧以及學習團隊合作的重要元素。翌日進行的歷奇挑戰項目,包括個人低空繩網、雙人垂直攀爬挑戰等,讓學員能夠挑戰自我,同時學習與團隊建立信任和溝通模式。來自工商管理學院、鄭裕彤書院的學員陳翠盈表示:「初開始玩遊戲時,大家都不怎麼出聲,到後來大家都為了實現同一個目標而努力奮鬥,到最後我們也可以說是慢慢成為了一個團隊,具備團隊精神,大家互相扶持一起加油。」而來自科技學院、曹光彪書院的學員馮博為感受到「作為一名領袖,他還需具備自習,自律和自信三個重要的因素,使他能夠更好地引領他的組員們。」

The Student Leadership Training Programme (SLP) organized an orientation camp at the Tai Tong Holiday Camp in Yuen Long, Hong Kong, on September 16 and 17. The orientation camp included ice-breaking, team-building, and adventure challenges for the trainees to get to know each other, learn team communication skills, and challenge themselves to breakthroughs. A total of 26 students from 7 different faculties were brought together to complete the projects and programmes in the coming academic years under the leadership of the senior members.

In this orientation camp, SLP members got to know each other through ice-breaking activities. They were given different tasks to complete with the assistance of their instructors. These tasks helped them improve their communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. The next day, they took part in various challenging activities, which encouraged them to challenge themselves and taught them to trust their teammates and how to communicate as a team. Chan Choi Ieng (FBA, CYTC) said, “At the beginning of the game, we didn’t have much communication. But as the games went on, we all worked hard to reach the same goal, and by the end, our group slowly became a team with team spirit. We supported each other and cheered together.” Fong Pok Wai (FST, CKPC) learned that “as a leader, one needs to possess the three important factors of self-study, self-discipline, and self-confidence so that one can better lead the team.”

The Student Leadership Training Programme was established in 2020 with the aim of nurturing and developing students’ leadership qualities through different activities and training and enhancing their self-confidence, communication, and independent thinking skills.
