檸檬酒是一種保持了檸檬鮮果的天然風味與成分，又最大程度凝聚溶解保留果汁的營養與功效的果酒。其口味酸酸甜甜,非常合適夏天飲用。而油畫棒又名為立體油性粉彩筆，質地細膩、顏色變化多端，很適合初學者使用。

於工作坊內，導師分享製作果酒之技巧，並讓學員品嚐較早前釀製的梅子酒。然後通作展示和練習，每位學員將釀製1升檸檬酒。製作完整後，學員將在導師的指導下，以油畫棒完成一幅油畫。

*工作坊完結時，每位學員可將１升檸檬酒和一幅畫帶回家

Lemon wine is a natural flavored wine that maintains the freshness of a lemon and retains its nutrition. It tastes sour and sweet, which is very suitable for summertime. Oil pastels are densed oil pens with fine textures and variety in colors. It is suitable for beginners in drawing. 

In this workshop, the trainer shares the fruit-wine making techniques and share a tasting portion of plum wine to all participants. Then, followed by demonstrations and practice, the participants would make their own lemon wine. After the wine making, the participants would complete their own oil pastel drawing under the guidance of the trainer. 

*each participant would bring home 1 litre of  lemon wine and 1 oil pastel drawing.

Light Refreshment & Photo-taking Opened Session at UM Guest House
於大學賓館設輕便小食及開放拍照區

The University of Macau (UM) held the “The Long Service Award and Outstanding Administrative Staff Award Ceremony” on 17 May 2023 at the University Hall (N2) to show gratitude and to commend staff members for their long-term contribution and outstanding performance.

This year, the University presented “Long Service Award” to 201 staff who have served the University for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years. The University also presented 19 “Outstanding Administrative Staff Award” and 1 “Most Creative Slogan Award” for the slogan “Born with poker face, but I am a good gal”. Over 280 participants including Rector, Vice Rectors, Heads of Units, awardees, colleagues, as well as family and friends of awardees attended the ceremony.

Rector Yonghua SONG delivered his warmest congratulations and gratitude to all the awardees. He hopes that all colleagues will continue to act as a high performing team, to enhance teaching quality and to strive towards the goal of becoming a university of excellence that is the pride of Macao residents and recognised by academic communities both at home and abroad.

為向長期服務和傑出表現的員工致謝並表揚他們的努力和貢獻，澳門大學於2023年5月17日在大學會堂(N2)舉行了「長期服務獎暨傑出行政人員獎頒獎典禮」。

澳大今年共向201位服務滿十年、十五年、二十年、二十五年、三十年、三十五及四十年的員工頒發“長期服務獎”。同時亦頒發了19個“傑出行政人員獎”及1個“最具創意口號獎”，得奬口號為「塊面天生黑，但係心地好」。當天超過280名參與者，包括校長、副校長、多位部門主管、獲獎者、同事們、獲獎者家人及朋友。

校長宋永華向獲獎的所有員工表示祝賀和敬意，並衷心希望各位同事繼續營造一個高效的團隊、輔助大學持續提高服務質素、努力把澳門大學發展成為一所澳門人驕傲、國內外學術界公認的卓越大學。

粽子是由粽葉包裹糯米蒸製而成的食品，也是中國傳統節慶食物之一，形狀多樣，主要有四角狀、尖角狀等。工作坊上，參加者會學習如何處理食材及包粽技巧，此工作坊上使用到的食材有糯米、咸蛋黃、肉、綠豆等。每位參加者會製作6隻咸肉綠豆粽帶回家。

*課堂上包好的粽子需帶回家蒸煮。如需培訓中心代為蒸煮，需預約時間取回粽子。

Sticky Rice Dumpling is a traditional Chinese food made with glutinous sticky rice. It can vary in shape, ranging from rectangular to pyramid.  During the workshop, participants will learn how to handle ingredients and how to make sticky rice dumplings. Food ingredients used in the workshop include glutinous sticky rice, salty egg yolk, meat and green bean. Each participant will make 6 sticky rice dumplings to take home.

*Sticky rice dumplings shall be brought home for steaming. If the sticky rice dumplings to be steamed at the center, reservation on the collection time is required.

  • 為公平起見，如報名人數超過特定名額，報名將會以抽籤形式進行 ，但澳大全職員工優先。為了更能善用資源，懇請學員於報名獲確認後依時出席及參與。
  • 最終成班須視乎報名人數。
  • 報名後如須退出，必須於報名截止日期前向人力資源處提出。
  • If the number of enrollment exceeds the maximum quota, the enrollment will be drawn at random, but UM full-time staff will have the first priority. For a better use on the resources, kindly go to the class on schedule once the enrollment has been confirmed.
  • The confirmation of the class is subject to the no. of participants.
  • Withdrawal within the enrollment period is acceptable, please inform Human Resources Section accordingly.

Note: Management and Services Platform for Civil Servants (G2E Platform)
Starting from 27 September 2020, the enrollment of courses organized by the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) and the Centro de Formação Jurídica e Judiciária (CFJJ) have to be conducted through the “Management and Services Platform for Civil Servants (G2E Platform)”. The application and approval processes will be done through the G2E Platform by logging in “Personnel Login Account (工作人員登入號)” with the steps illustrated below:

To register “Personnel Login Account (工作人員登入號)”, please fill out the e-form and submit the signed hard copy to Ms. Josephine Wu of Human Resources Section (ext. 8696).
