清華大學學生代表團到澳大交流學習

清華大學校團委社團部組織調研小隊到訪澳門大學,與澳大社會科學學院學生交流對話,兩校學生分享了各自的學習心得和生活經驗,增進了兩校、兩地之間的友誼和合作。

澳大社會科學學院院長胡偉星為活動致開幕辭,其後清華大學學生全球勝任力發展指導中心教師劉以諾介紹調研小隊的基本情況,並引入是次實踐的主題:“新時代青年國際人才培養”。兩校學生圍繞“佇立大灣區,澳門大學是如何進行青年培養及吸引人才的?”、“澳門大學對學生培養模式與內地高校有何不同?”,以及“澳門大學是如何為學生們提供生涯規劃指導?”等問題展開一對一的交流。此外,澳大學生會模擬聯合國協會的成員也參與了活動,與現場學生開展第二階段的分組討論。清華大學調研小隊學生針對感興趣的話題,分別與社會科學學院學生以及澳大學生會模擬聯合國協會成員進行自由交流,氣氛熱烈。

是次活動在澳大社會科學學院、社會科學學院粵港澳大灣區研究中心、學生事務部,以及清華大學學生全球勝任力發展指導中心的支持和指導下取得圓滿成功。

Student delegation from Tsinghua University visits UM for exchange

A student delegation from Tsinghua University visited the University of Macau (UM) and engaged in discussions and exchanges with students in UM’s Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS). Students of both universities shared their learning experiences and life experiences and strengthened the friendship and cooperation between the two universities and the two places. Themed ‘Cultivation of Young International Talent in the New Era’, the participating students held discussions on topics such as UM’s strategies for cultivating and attracting talent, the differences between the education models of UM and mainland universities, and the career guidance provided by UM to students. Members of the Model United Nations Association under the University of Macau Students’ Union also engaged in group discussions with the students on topics of interest. The activity was held with the support and guidance from FSS, the Centre for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Studies of FSS, and the Student Affairs Office of UM, as well as the Center for Global Competence Development of Tsinghua University.

澳大與藥監局簽署第三方中成藥技術審評合作協議

澳門特別行政區政府藥物監督管理局與澳門大學澳門轉化醫學創新研究院簽署《第三方中成藥技術審評之合作協議》,研究院成為藥監局認可的第三方中成藥註冊技術審評機構,可為本澳中成藥註冊申請人的藥學研究資料、藥理毒理學研究資料及臨床研究資料進行技術審評並出具審評報告。

在簽署儀式上,中國工程院院士、廣州實驗室主任、澳門大學澳門轉化醫學創新研究院指導委員會主席鍾南山表示,研究院的成立恰逢澳門特區政府頒佈《中藥藥事活動及中成藥註冊法》及成立藥監局,有利於澳門經濟適度多元化發展。藥監局成立至今做了大量工作,為澳門中藥發展奠定良好基礎。國家積極推動中醫藥高質量發展,鍾院士希望在保障中藥安全、有效及質量可控的前提下,通過中醫藥理論、人用經驗及臨床試驗相結合的評審證據體系,在澳門探索具有中醫藥特色的監管之路,對外打造澳門成為“中藥出海”的橋頭堡。

藥監局局長蔡炳祥表示,澳門特區政府致力推動中醫藥大健康產業發展,切實執行《中藥藥事活動及中成藥註冊法》,構建符合中醫藥理論與特點的審評審批制度,促進中藥傳承和創新,支持產業發展。中藥創新藥轉化是推進澳門大健康產業發展的切入口之一,藥監局重視人用經驗對中藥安全性以及有效性的支持作用,鼓勵已具有豐富人用經驗的醫院製劑及配方源自兩院院士或國醫大師的製劑在澳門落地轉化。他又指,澳大在中藥科研及教學方面成果顯著,研究院致力於中藥創新及轉化,並擁有豐富中藥審評經驗的專家團隊,藉著與研究院簽署合作協議,研究院出具的審評報告能為藥監局的中藥審評提供參考。

澳大副校長葛偉表示,澳大全力配合澳門特區政府的總體發展規劃,積極發揮粵澳科研與產業轉化方面的橋樑作用,協助轉化澳門及內地的中藥科研項目;同時,澳大在深化中醫藥交流合作及市場推廣等方面亦取得了積極進展。葛偉希望研究院成為藥監局的第三方中成藥技術審評機構後,能為創新中成藥註冊提供優質的第三方技術審評意見。澳大會支持研究院的技術審評工作,為中成藥落地轉化作出更大的貢獻。

UM, Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau sign cooperation agreement, recognising MITMI as third-party technical assessment body for proprietary Chinese medicines

The Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau of the Macao SAR Government and the Macau Institute for Translational Medicine and Innovation (MITMI) of the University of Macau (UM) have signed a cooperation agreement for the third-party technical assessment of propriety Chinese medicines. According to the agreement, MITMI is recognised by the bureau as a third-party technical assessment body for the registration of proprietary Chinese medicines. It can carry out technical assessments on the information of pharmacological studies, pharmacological and toxicological studies, and clinical studies submitted by applicants for the registration of proprietary Chinese medicines in Macao and issue assessment reports.

At the signing ceremony, Zhong Nanshan, member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, director of the Guangzhou Laboratory, and chairman of the Steering Committee of MITMI, said that MITMI will contribute to Macao’s economic diversification. He hopes that, under the premise of guaranteeing the safety, efficacy, and quality control of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and through an evidence-based assessment system that combines TCM theories, practical experiences, and clinical trials, MITMI will facilitate the development of TCM regulations in Macao and develop the city into a bridgehead for TCM to go global. Choi Peng Cheong, president of the Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau, said that the Macao SAR Government is committed to promoting the development of TCM and health industries, as demonstrated by initiatives such as the implementation of the Law on Pharmaceutical Activities in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Registration of Proprietary Chinese Medicines. He pointed out that the commercialisation of innovative TCM is one of the entry points for promoting Macao’s health industry, adding that UM has achieved remarkable results in research and teaching of TCM and the TCM assessment reports issued by MITMI will serve as a reference for the bureau. Ge Wei, vice rector of UM, said that UM actively plays the role of a bridge between Guangdong and Macao in scientific research and industrial transformation, and facilitates the commercialisation of TCM research projects in Macao and mainland China. He hopes that MITMI will provide quality third-party technical assessments for the registration of innovative proprietary Chinese medicines.

澳大博士生六篇研究於《魯迅研究月刊》發表

澳門大學人文學院六名博士生的論文在北京魯迅博物館主辦的《魯迅研究月刊》第十二期集束性發表。該刊是一本具有相當學術地位與重要影響力的學術刊物,集束性發表六篇博士生的論文並不常見,充分說明學術界對澳大博士生的培養模式與質量的認同,同時肯定了他們出色的學術表現。

六名博士生的論文分別為:楊文佩的《魯迅<吶喊>“疾病意象”的啟蒙指向》、田榕的《論<吶喊>的諧厲品格》、陳丹丹的《孔乙己形象意義的媒介流失》、嚴佳煒的《魯迅文學與白居易資源》、曹旭的《論魯迅<故事新編>倫理敘事的現代性與閾限性》和鄭靖的《略論魯迅文化的澳門映象》。

上述論文皆為博士生在修讀哲學博士學位(文學 ─ 中文)課程期間,於澳大中國歷史文化中心主任朱壽桐教授指導下的學習成果。朱壽桐的課程及其他高等學位課程一直十分注重學術訓練與論文寫作實踐。在研究方法課程教學中,朱壽桐尤其注重引導博士生在論文的寫作實踐,以提升自身的學術發表能力,並鼓勵博士生積極參與各種學術實踐活動。在朱壽桐的指導下,博士生不但提高了學術研究能力,亦能夠在課程學習中產出具有一定水準的研究成果。

2023年適逢魯迅《吶喊》出版100周年,為了紀念魯迅這一極為重要的文學作品集出版,澳大中國歷史文化中心與北京魯迅博物館(北京新文化運動紀念館)聯合舉辦“魯迅文學與漢語文化”學術研討會。澳大六名博士生的論文在研討會現場發表,並與澳大教授、北京魯迅博物館專家學者同台交流。六名博士生表現出色,他們的論文品質獲得北京魯迅博物館副館長姜異新等重要專家的一致認可,也因此取得在《魯迅研究月刊》發表的機會。

Six theses by UM doctoral students published in Lu Xun Research Monthly

The theses authored by six doctoral students in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of Macau (UM) have been published in Lu Xun Research Monthly. The journal, published by the Beijing Lu Xun Museum, is of considerable status and influence in academia. The six doctoral students, namely Yang Wenpei, Tian Rong, Chen Dandan, Yan Jiawei, Cao Xu, and Zheng Jing, completed their theses under the supervision of Zhu Shoutong, director of UM’s Centre for Chinese History and Culture (CCHC), as part of the Doctor of Philosophy in Literary Studies (Chinese) programme. The students previously presented their theses at the Lu Xun Literature and Chinese Culture Academic Symposium jointly held by CCHC and the Beijing Lu Xun Museum. They received positive feedback from experts, including Jiang Yixin, deputy director of the Beijing Lu Xun Museum, for their theses, which led to the opportunity for publication in Lu Xun Research Monthly. The publication of the theses serves as a testament to the academic community’s recognition of UM’s doctoral training model and the high calibre of its students.

澳大FBA校友齊聚暢談學院成就

澳門大學工商管理學院舉辦首屆校友晚宴,以凝聚大學和校友之間的聯繫,促進校友對母校的歸屬感,並為校友提供了交流互動和回饋大學的平台。活動吸引眾多於不同行業和領域擔任要職的校友參與。

澳大副校長葛偉致辭表示,是次晚宴是學院的重要活動,眾多優秀校友和教學人員齊聚一堂,暢談學院30多年來的發展。他還讚揚校友在各自領域所取得的成就和貢獻對學院的發展起著至關重要的作用。

澳大工商管理學院院長余俊以“工商管理學院的過去、現在和未來”為題,回顧學院近年的重要發展,例如成為全球僅佔1%同時獲得三個國際商學院認證的商學院,開辦工商管理博士(DBA)和高級管理人員工商管理碩士(EMBA)等。此外,他向校友們講述了學院未來的發展方向和戰略,包括在配合社會期望和大學發展的前提下,學院的願景、使命以及發展藍圖。他還鼓勵校友們與學院建立更緊密的聯繫,共同推動學院未來的發展,培養更多優秀人才,為澳門和整個社會的繁榮作出更大的貢獻。

UM FBA alumni gather to discuss faculty achievements

The Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) of the University of Macau (UM) held the first alumni gala dinner. The event aimed to strengthen the ties between the university and its alumni, promote alumni’s sense of belonging to their alma mater, and provide a platform for alumni to engage in exchanges and give back to the university. The event attracted the participation of many alumni who hold important positions in different sectors and fields.

In his speech, Ge Wei, vice rector of UM, said that as an important event for FBA, the gala dinner brought together many outstanding alumni and faculty members to look back on the development of the faculty over the past three decades. He also praised the alumni for their achievements and contributions in their respective fields, which have played a crucial role in the development of the faculty.

Yu Jun, dean of FBA, delivered a speech titled ‘The Past, Present, and Future of the FBA’ and reviewed the faculty’s milestones in recent years, including the achievement of becoming one of only 1 per cent of business schools worldwide that hold three international accreditations, and the launch of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) programmes. In addition, he shared with the alumni the faculty’s future direction and strategies, including its vision, mission, and development plan that align with societal expectations and the university’s overall development. He also encouraged the alumni to establish closer ties with FBA and jointly promote the future development of the faculty, so as to nurture more outstanding talent and make greater contributions to the prosperity of Macao.

The dinner was supported by the Alumni and Development Office of UM and sponsored by several FBA alumni, including Jay Chun, Zhu Kunliang, Chen Riling, and Leng Weian, alumni of the DBA programme; Acen Jiang and Jorge Valente, alumni of the Master of Business Administration programme; and Danny Chau, alumnus of the marketing programme.

澳大推出建造項目管理和智慧海洋技術碩士課程

澳門大學將於2024/2025學年分別推出理學碩士學位(建造項目管理)課程及理學碩士學位 (智慧海洋技術)課程,內容涵蓋建造項目、智慧海洋技術前沿專業,針對性地為澳門社會培養更多高端產業人才,加快發展新興產業,助力澳門經濟結構的優化轉型。

澳大科技學院院長及講座教授須成忠表示,為應對不斷加劇的全球競爭,澳大增設的兩個碩士課程將為澳門適度多元化發展提供必要的人才支撐。現時物聯網、大數據、人工智能、區塊鏈等新技術,正促進建築工業化、數字化和智能化的升級和轉型,澳大理學碩士學位(建造項目管理)課程旨在培養具有建造和管理專業知識、現代化和信息化管理技能,以及裝配式建築施工管理能力的高端人才,將有助推動澳門乃至中國的現代化建設。此外,澳門作為沿海地方,在智慧海洋技術上有龐大的發展空間,近年澳大聚焦海洋科學的發展,先後設立專門研究中心、學系和學位課程,推動海洋人才培育和研究創新,澳大理學碩士學位(智慧海洋技術)課程將培育更多智慧海洋技術專才,提高澳門海洋勘探和海洋環境預報能力。

澳大理學碩士學位(建造項目管理)課程修讀年期為2年,旨在培養建造專業人員和相關領域的從業員,以應對建築環境當前和未來所面臨的挑戰。課程將讓學生深入理解項目管理的原理,並將其應用於建造項目開發周期的不同階段,以便在時間、成本、質量、安全和可持續性方面取得最佳的項目成效。課程亦將教授學生有關建造業最新的技術知識,滿足未來市場上的勞動力需求。

澳大理學碩士學位(智慧海洋技術)課程修讀年期為2年,旨在培養學生掌握海洋信息和數據採集、大數據科學、先進的數據處理、水下聲學與成像、水下通信和海洋傳感器的原理和技術,並應用於海洋裝備研發、海洋觀測預報、海洋管理等領域。學生將具備海洋觀測監測、海洋研究和海洋高新技術產業的專業技能。

UM launches Master of Science programmes in Construction Project Management and Smart Ocean Technology

The University of Macau (UM) will offer the Master of Science (MSc) programmes in Construction Project Management and Smart Ocean Technology in the 2024/2025 academic year. Providing cutting-edge knowledge about construction project management and smart ocean technology respectively, the programmes aim to cultivate more high-end industry professionals for Macao, accelerate the development of emerging industries, and contribute to the optimisation and transformation of Macao’s economic structure.

According to Xu Cheng-Zhong, dean and chair professor of UM’s Faculty of Science and Technology, the university launches these two new master’s programmes in response to the intensifying global competition. The programmes aim to provide essential talent support for Macao’s diversification development. In today’s world, new technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, and blockchain are driving the industrialisation, digitisation, and intelligent transformation of the construction industry. By cultivating high-end professionals with construction and management knowledge, modern and information management skills, and modular construction project management abilities, the MSc in Construction Project Management will contribute to the modern development of Macao and China as a whole. On the other hand, as a coastal city, Macao has significant development potential in the field of smart ocean technology. UM has focused on the development of ocean science in recent years. The university has established relevant research centres, departments, and degree programmes to promote talent cultivation and research innovation in the marine sector. The new MSc in Smart Ocean Technology will help nurture more professionals in this field and enhance Macao’s capabilities in ocean exploration and marine environmental forecasting.

The MSc in Construction Project Management is a two-year programme. It is designed to cultivate construction professionals as well as practitioners in related fields. Students will gain knowledge and skills necessary to address current and future challenges in the construction environment. Moreover, they will gain a thorough understanding of project management principles and learn to apply them across different stages of the construction project development cycle, which will enable them to achieve successful project outcomes in terms of time, cost, quality, safety and sustainability. The programme will also provide students with the state-of-the-art knowledge and technology in the construction industry, ensuring they are well prepared to meet the demands of the future workforce.

The MSc in Smart Ocean Technology is also a two-year programme. It is designed to train students to master the principles and techniques of information and data acquisition in oceans, big data science, advanced data processing, underwater acoustics and imaging, underwater communication and ocean sensors. Students will also learn to apply these skills to research and development of marine equipment, marine observation and forecasting, and marine management. Graduates will possess the professional skills necessary for marine observation and monitoring, conducting ocean research, and working in the marine high-tech industries.

澳大舉辦第四屆暑期交流展

澳門大學學生事務部舉行第四屆暑期交流展, 13間來自世界各地的院校到澳大介紹今年的暑期交流課程,吸引不少學生到場了解暑期交流資訊。有學生表示,今年新增了一些交流項目,選擇眾多,希望有機會出外交流,體驗當地文化及學習獨立處事。

澳大副校長莫啓明致辭時感謝遠道而來的各院校代表,表示暑期交流計劃由2007年起推行,至今已累積與全球超過20個國家和地區的院校合作,交流項目超過80個。他勉勵學生要把握暑假學習的黃金機會,擴闊視野及更好地裝備自己。是次交流展設有展攤、介紹專場、講座及過往參加者的經驗分享,為學生提供各交流項目的最新資訊,同時與出席的各院校代表面對面交流,為即將來臨的暑假作好計劃及準備。

The Student Affairs Office of the University of Macau (UM) held the fourth Summer Programme Fair, featuring participation from 13 universities worldwide. These universities provided UM students with the latest information about their summer exchange programmes. During his speech, UM Vice Rector Mok Kai Meng expressed that the university has been offering summer exchange programmes since 2017 and has established partnerships with educational institutions in more than 20 countries and regions, providing more than 80 exchange programmes for its students.

Participating universities in the fair included Lady Margaret Hall and Oriel College of the University of Oxford as well as the University of Warwick from the UK; the University of Queensland from Australia; the University of British Columbia from Canada; IÉSEG School of Management from France; ISCTE Business School of the University Institute of Lisbon from Portugal; the National University of Singapore; J.F. Oberlin University from Japan; Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the University of International Business and Economics, the University of Hong Kong, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong from China.

中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室學術委員會會議澳大舉行
成果獲高度評價

中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室第二屆學術委員會第八次會議於澳門大學線上線下召開。學術委員會對國家重點實驗室取得的成果給予高度評價,尤其是對兩校國家重點實驗室的科技合作表示讚許。

澳門科學技術發展基金委員葉桂林,澳門科技大學校長李行偉,澳門大學副校長葛偉,國家重點實驗室學術委員會主任陳凱先院士和丁健院士,委員張伯禮院士、楊寶峰院士、王廣基院士、陳士林院士等多名專家學者以及國家重點實驗室主要學術人員通過線上或線下參會。葉桂林、李行偉和葛偉分別代表澳門科學技術發展基金和兩間大學致歡迎辭。其後陳凱先、丁健致辭,並對國家重點實驗室2023年度的建設和發展給予肯定。

中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室(澳大)主任陳新特聘教授代表兩校國家重點實驗室進行了2023年建設進展的匯報。他表示,2023年國家重點實驗室持續以中藥科技創新和澳門中藥産業發展需求為導向,在中藥質量評價的新技術和新方法、新發病機制與中藥新靶點、中藥新型遞送系統、中藥安全性評價、創新藥物研發與轉化研究等方面均取得了多項重要進展。國家重點實驗室發表SCI期刊論文766篇,獲授權專利21項。依託國家重點實驗室建設的“澳門中藥研發中心”順利通過第一階段建設評估,澳大澳門中藥檢測中心亦通過中國合格評定國家認可委員會(CNAS)的現場評審並獲認證。同時,國家重點實驗室舉辦多場國際學術會議,SCI期刊Chinese Medicine的影響力亦逐年提升,積極推動國際交流與合作。

學術委員會對國家重點實驗室取得的成果給予高度評價,尤其是對兩校國家重點實驗室的科技合作表示讚許。委員們對國家重點實驗室未來的建設和發展提出了多項建議,包括進一步明晰定位並凸顯研究特色、凝練中藥質量內涵並建立中藥質量的指標體系和評價體系、注重新技術與新方法的開發與應用、加強中藥國際標準制定、善用澳門中藥獨立審評體系以推動海內外藥品註冊等。

陳新和中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室(澳門科技大學)主任姜志宏講座教授代表兩個依託機構,感謝委員們對國家重點實驗室工作成績的肯定,並表示將根據委員們所提出的建議,對國家重點實驗室的發展作進一步優化,將國家重點實驗室建設成為中藥質量科技創新與國際合作基地。

SKL-QRCM’s Academic Committee holds meeting at UM, acknowledging laboratory’s achievements

The Second Academic Committee of the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine (SKL-QRCM) held its eighth meeting at the University of Macau (UM). The meeting, held in a hybrid format, was attended by Ip Kuai Lam, member of the Administrative Committee of the Science and Technology Development Fund of Macao; Lee Hun Wei, president of the Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST); Ge Wei, vice rector of UM; Chen Kaixian and Ding Jian, directors of the Academic Committee; as well as other committee members and laboratory members.

During the meeting, Ip, Lee, and Ge delivered welcoming speeches, followed by speeches by Chen and Ding. Chen Xin, Distinguished Professor at UM and director of SKL-QRCM (UM), presented to the committee the progress of SKL-QRCM in 2023 on behalf of both SKL-QRCM (UM) and SKL-QRCM (MUST). According to Chen, SKL-QRCM, by focusing on technological innovation and the development needs of the Chinese medicine industry in Macao, made significant achievements in various areas in 2023, including Chinese medicine quality assessment, identification of new pathogenesis and targets, international collaborations, publications, and patents. In addition, with the support of SKL-QRCM, the first phase of assessment for the construction of Macao Centre for Research and Development in Chinese Medicine was successfully completed, and Macao Centre for Testing of Chinese Medicine obtained accreditation from China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment. The Academic Committee acknowledged the achievements SKL-QRCM made in 2023, particularly its progress in technological collaborations between UM and MUST. Moreover, members of the committee provided valuable suggestions for the future development of SKL-QRCM.

澳大與中傳合辦中國高校葡語短視頻大賽

為激發學生對葡語學習的興趣,發揮創意潛能,澳門大學人文學院中葡雙語教學暨培訓中心與中國傳媒大學外國語言文化學院聯合舉辦第二屆中國高校葡語短視頻大賽,吸引眾多內地及澳門高校學生參與,其中北京語言大學獲一等獎、澳門大學和中國傳媒大學獲二等獎、廣東外語外貿大學等獲三等獎。

是次大賽以“新生代,看中國”為主題,鼓勵學生擔起國際傳播使命,講好中國故事,學生需根據個人視角,透過葡語短視頻作品展現當代中國發展的新面貌。參賽學生圍繞大賽中心主題,結合親身經歷,採用豐富多樣的拍攝形式,大至講述中國歷史與現代化進程,小至描繪一座博物館、一條街道,從宏觀或微觀角度,詮釋其眼中的中國故事。

大賽評審由澳大葡文系教授姚京明、高級講師Júlio Reis JATOBÁ,中傳外國語言文化學院副教授顏巧容和叢芳君,以及中央廣播電視總台CGTN編導李梅組成。經過評審的綜合評議,最終評選出11件優秀作品,頒發一、二、三等獎和優秀獎。一等獎得獎者是北京語言大學的李成程、鄭淩欣、張婧梵;二等獎得獎者分別是澳門大學的劉海川、林晏如和淩霄漢,以及中國傳媒大學的孫銘悅、羅思藝和王子康;三等獎得獎者分別是廣東外語外貿大學的翁嘉雯和羅雨瑄,安徽師範大學的蔡銘宇、王建業和周偉,以及四川外國語大學的吳冰翠、崔嘉雯和龍安琴;優秀獎得獎者是吉林外國語大學的馮思嘉,北京第二外國語學院的吳家榕和王子,四川外國語大學的張煜坤、董嘉雯和施嫣然,澳門科技大學的王馨悅,以及廣東外語外貿大學的朱馨雨、黃馨瑤和翁璇琳。

是次大賽由澳大人文學院中葡雙語教學暨培訓中心贊助,並向得獎學生頒發獎狀及獎金,一等獎獲1萬澳門元,二等獎獲8千澳門元,三等獎獲5千澳門元,優秀獎獲2千澳門元。

中葡雙語教學暨培訓中心自2017年成立以來,致力發展中國與葡語國家之間的短期、中期和長期合作,在教師培訓方面建立聯繫,並開展葡語教學和中葡文化領域的研究。

UM, CUC jointly organise short video contest for students from China’s higher education institutions

In order to stimulate the interest of university students in learning Portuguese and to develop their creative potential, the Chinese-Portuguese Bilingual Teaching and Training Centre of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Macau (UM) and the School of International Studies of the Communication University of China (CUC) jointly organised the Second Short Video Contest for Students from China’s Higher Education Institutions. The contest attracted the participation of many students from mainland China and Macao universities. Beijing Language and Culture University won the first prize, UM and CUC were both awarded second prizes, and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and two other universities received third prizes.

Under the theme ‘China in the eyes of the new generation’, the contest aimed to encourage students to take on the mission of international communication and tell the story of China. Participants were required to showcase the development of contemporary China through their perspectives by creating short videos in Portuguese. Based on the theme of the contest and their personal experiences, the participants adopted different videography techniques to capture the story of China from both macroscopic and microscopic viewpoints. The content of the videos encompassed diverse aspects, including the history of China, the process of China’s modernisation, as well as the representation of a museum or a street.

The judging panel of the contest was composed of Professor Yao Jingming and Senior Instructor Júlio Reis Jatobá in the Department of Portuguese of UM, Associate Professors Yan Qiaorong and Cong Fangjun in the School of International Studies of CUC, and Li Mei, director of China Global Television Network (CGTN). After a comprehensive evaluation by the judges, 11 outstanding works were selected and awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 5 merit awards. The first prize was awarded to Li Chengcheng, Zheng Lingxin, and Zhang Jingfan from the Beijing Language and Culture University. The second prizes went to Liu Haichuan, Lin Yanru and Ling Xiaohan from UM; and Sun Mingyue, Luo Siyi, and Wang Zikang from CUC, respectively. The third prizes were awarded to Weng Jiawen and Luo Yuxuan from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies; Cai Mingyu, Wang Jianye and Zhou Wei from Anhui Normal University; and Wu Bingcui, Cui Jiawen, and Long Anqin from Sichuan International Studies University, respectively. The merit awards went to Feng Sijia from Jilin International Studies University; Wu Jiarong and Wang Zi from Beijing International Studies University; Zhang Yukun, Dong Jiawen, and Shi Yanran from Sichuan International Studies University; Wang Xinyue from Macau University of Science and Technology; Zhu Xinyu, Huang Xinyao, and Weng Xuanlin from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, respectively.

The contest was sponsored by the Chinese-Portuguese Bilingual Teaching and Training Centre of UM’s Faculty of Arts and Humanities. Winning individuals or teams were presented certificates and cash prizes, with MOP 10,000 for the first prize, MOP 8,000 each for the second prizes, MOP 5,000 each for the third prizes, and MOP 2,000 each for the merit awards.

Since its establishment in 2017, the Chinese-Portuguese Bilingual Teaching and Training Centre has been committed to developing short-, medium-, and long-term cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, establishing links for teacher training, and conducting research in the field of Portuguese language teaching and Sino-Portuguese culture.

UM e CUC co-organizaram o 2º Concurso de Curtas-Metragens para Estudantes das Instituições do Ensino Superior da China

Com a intenção de aumentar o interesse dos alunos pela língua portuguesa, desenvolver as potencialidades criativas, foi organizado o “2º Concurso de Curtas-Metragens para Estudantes das Instituições do Ensino Superior da China” conjuntamente pelo Centro de Ensino e Formação Bilingue Chinês-Português (CPC) da Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Macau e pela Faculdade de Estudos Internacionais da Universidade de Comunicação da China. O concurso atraiu a participação de muitos estudantes universitários do Interior da China e de Macau, entre os quais a equipa formada pelos alunos da Universidade da Língua e Cultura de Pequim ganhou o Primeiro Prémio, a equipa da Universidade de Macau e a equipa da Universidade de Comunicação da China ganharam o Segundo Prémio, e as equipas da Universidade de Estudos Estrangeiros de Guangdong e das outras universidades ganharam o Terceiro Prémio.

Com o tema “Contar a China: olhares da nova geração”, este concurso visa incentivar os estudantes a assumirem a missão de comunicação internacional, a contar bem a história da China. De acordo com as suas próprias perspetivas, os estudantes precisam de mostrar o desenvolvimento da China contemporânea através de curta-metragem em português. Os participantes, com base no tema central do concurso e nas suas experiências pessoais, adotaram diversas formas de filmagem. Desde narrar a história e o progresso da modernização da China, até apresentar um museu ou uma rua, os participantes interpretaram a história da China aos seus próprios olhos de um ponto de vista macroscópico ou microscópico.

O júri do Concurso é composto por Professor Yao Jingming e Sénior Instrutor Júlio Reis JATOBÁ do Departamento de Português da UM, Professora Associada Yan Qiaorong e Professora Associada Cong Fangjun da Faculdade de Estudos Internacionais da UCC, e Tradutora Sénior Associada Li Mei da CGTN. O júri selecionou onze dos trabalhos apresentados, aos quais foram atribuídos os 1º, 2º e 3º Prémios, bem como Prémio de Mérito. O 1º prémio foi entregue ao grupo formado por Li Chengcheng, Zheng Lingxin e Zhang Jingfan da Universidade da Língua e Cultura de Pequim. O 2º Prémio foi entregue ao grupo formado por Liu Haichuan, Lin Yanru e Ling Xiaohan da Universidade de Macau, e ao grupo de Sun Mingyue, Luo Siyi e Wang Zikang da Universidade de Comunicação da China. Desde a sua fundação em 2017, o CPC tem-se empenhado no desenvolvimento da cooperação a curto, médio e longo prazo com instituições da China e dos países de língua portuguesa, estabelecendo ligações para a formação de professores, aprofundando trabalhos nas áreas do ensino da língua e dos estudos das culturas portuguesa e chinesa.

澳大霍英東珍禧書院師生赴清華交流

澳門大學霍英東珍禧書院師生到清華大學秀鍾書院交流。是次參訪為兩院締結姊妹書院後的首次交流學習活動,為兩院師生提供了學習交流平台,促進兩院在書院制辦學、實踐創新、文化育人、可持續發展等方面開展全面及深入的交流合作。

期間,澳大霍英東珍禧書院和清華秀鍾書院師生一起拜訪了中央人民政府駐澳門特別行政區聯絡辦公室北京聯絡部,獲交流處處長司晨的熱情接待。到訪師生聽取有關在北方高校就讀的澳門大學生的概況及澳生之家的介紹,雙方亦分享澳門回歸和一國兩制對澳門的重大意義,並感受到祖國對澳門的關懷和支持,展現了澳門學子的團結和向心力。澳大霍英東珍禧書院師生還參加了由清華在讀澳生組織的澳門文化宣傳日,一起慶祝澳門回歸24周年。

澳大霍英東珍禧書院師生亦參加了由清華秀鍾書院舉辦的可持續發展學術節。澳大霍英東珍禧書院學生代表張祺玥在學術交流會上以“綠色再皂,酒店、公益機構與大學的環保合作項目”為題發表報告,與現場的專家學者及學生進行深入交流,分享了其在可持續發展領域的研究成果和思考,探討可持續發展的重要性和挑戰。在座談會上,澳大霍英東珍禧書院學生就澳門文化遺產的保護以及可持續旅遊與清華秀鍾書院學生展開討論,激發雙方在可持續旅遊發展領域的創新思考。

在清華秀鍾書院學生的帶領下,澳大霍英東珍禧書院師生參觀了清華校園,包括校史館、藝術博物館、科學博物館、基礎工業訓練中心等,並就書院學生組織的發展進行了深入探討。通過參觀與交流,澳大霍英東珍禧書院師生了解到清華的學術氛圍和科研實力,以及其發展特色和治學理念,拓寬了學術視野。兩院師生亦一起歡度冬至、體驗溜冰活動和欣賞新年音樂會,在歡樂的氛圍中增進了友誼。

為了加強國情教育,澳大霍英東珍禧書院師生參觀了天安門廣場、中國國家博物館、故宮博物院等重要歷史古跡,深入了解中華民族的歷史和文化,感受中華文明的博大精深,進一步增進對祖國的認知和歸屬感。

是次參訪為澳大霍英東珍禧書院與清華秀鍾書院締結姊妹書院後的首次交流學習活動,清華秀鍾書院亦會於今年回訪。兩院的互訪交流不僅加深了書院之間的友誼與合作,也為師生們提供了一個拓展視野、分享經驗的機會。兩院在未來將進一步推動更密切和深層次的交流合作,促進書院體系的發展和創新,培養更多具有國際視野和創新精神的優秀人才。

Students and faculty of HFPJC visits Tsinghua University

Students and faculty of Henry Fok Pearl Jubilee College (HFPJC) of the University of Macau (UM) visited Xiuzhong College of Tsinghua University. As the first exchange activity between the two colleges since the establishment of their sister-college relationship, the trip aimed to provide a learning and exchange platform for students and faculty from the two colleges, and promote comprehensive and in-depth exchanges and cooperation between the two colleges in the areas of residential college system, innovative practices, cultural education, and sustainable development.

During their time in Beijing, students and faculty from HFPJC and Xiuzhong College visited the Beijing Office of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao SAR, where they were warmly welcomed by Si Chen, chief of the Exchange Division. During the visit, the delegation learned about the stories of Macao students studying at universities in northern China and the communication platform that is specially set up for them. The two parties also shared their perspectives on the significance of Macao’s return to the motherland and the ‘One Country, Two Systems’ policy for Macao. The students experienced the care and support from the motherland and witnessed the solidarity among Macao students. Additionally, students and faculty of HFPJC participated in the Macao Culture Promotion Day organised by Macao students studying at Tsinghua University to celebrate the 24th anniversary of Macao’s return to the motherland.

Students and faculty of HFPJC also took part in the Sustainable Development Academic Festival organised by Xiuzhong College. Zhang Qiyue, a student representative of HJPJC, delivered a presentation titled ‘Recycled Soap: An Environmental Cooperation Project Between Hotels, NGOs, and Universities’ and engaged in in-depth discussions with experts, scholars, and students. She shared her research findings and perspectives on sustainable development, as well as the importance and challenges of sustainable development. Moreover, during a seminar, students from HJPJC and Xiuzhong College engaged in discussions on the preservation of Macao’s cultural heritage and sustainable tourism, sparking inspiration for innovative approaches to sustainable tourism development.

Led by students of Xiuzhong College, the delegation from HFPJC visited the campus of Tsinghua University, including the History Museum, Art Museum, Science Museum, and the Fundamental Industry Training Center. In-depth discussions on the development of student organisations in residential colleges were also held. Through visits and exchanges, students and faculty of HFPJC learned about Tsinghua University’s academic atmosphere and research capabilities, as well as its development features and educational philosophy, which broadened their academic horizons. Members of both colleges also celebrated the winter solstice together, participated in ice skating, and attended a New Year’s Eve concert, enhancing their friendship in a joyful atmosphere.

To enhance their understanding of the motherland, the HFPJC delegation visited important historical sites such as Tiananmen Square, the National Museum of China, and the Palace Museum. These visits enabled them to gain a deeper understanding of the history and culture of the Chinese nation and experience the profundity of Chinese civilisation, thereby strengthening their sense of belonging to the motherland.

The trip was the first exchange activity between HFPJC and Xiuzhong College since the establishment of their sister-college relationship, and Xiuzhong College will pay a return visit to HFPJC this year. The exchange visits not only aim to deepen the friendship and cooperation between the two colleges, but also provide students and faculty with an opportunity to broaden their horizons and share their experiences. In the future, the two colleges will promote more in-depth exchanges and cooperation, facilitate the development and innovation of the residential college system, and cultivate more outstanding talent with global perspectives and innovative spirits.

澳大學生奪兩項大學新聞獎

澳門大學社會科學學院傳播系四年級學生憑實習英文刊物《UM Bridges 2023 – Élan》,於中國日報(香港版)舉辦的“2023大學新聞獎”奪得英文組最佳新聞寫作及最佳文化藝術新聞報道的季軍。

今屆大學新聞獎吸引來自內地及港澳台地區84所知名大學共3,600名學生參加評選,參選作品1,000多份。頒奬典禮在香港科技大學(廣州)舉行,澳大獲獎學生代表:社會科學學院傳播系四年級、張崑崙書院的李旭和林盈盈,以及指導老師馬天龍出席領獎。馬天龍表示,樂見比賽為各地學生提供交流機會,亦為獲獎學生感到自豪。

《UM Bridges 2023 – Élan》由七名澳大社會科學學院傳播系四年級學生共同創作,刊物的指導老師為馬天龍。該刊物中的《Culture on Your Hands》及《Inheriting Cultural Identity》在比賽中分別獲得英文組最佳新聞寫作及最佳文化藝術新聞報道的季軍。

“大學新聞獎”評選活動旨在鼓勵大學生積極參與校園新聞報導,訓練新聞寫作及多媒體製作技巧,同時也為內地及港澳台地區的青年學子提供一個交流互動的平台。新聞獎創辦至今已第十二屆,由100多名政府官員、資深媒體人、商界人士及大學教授擔任評審工作,受到學界和新聞業界的廣泛關注。

A team of fourth-year students from the Department of Communication of the Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS) at the University of Macau (UM) won second runner-up in two English categories, Best in News Writing and Best in Art and Culture News Reporting, at the 2023 Campus News Awards organised by China Daily Hong Kong for their English publication UM Bridges 2023—Élan.

This year’s Campus News Award attracted the participation of a total of 3,600 students from 84 leading universities in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, with more than 1,000 entries. The awards presentation ceremony was held at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou). Li Xu and Lam Ieng Ieng, who are both fourth-year students in the Department of Communications of FSS and Cheong Kun Lun College, attended the ceremony on behalf of the UM team, together with their instructor José Carlos Matias. Matias said that he was pleased to see that the competition offered students from different places the opportunity to exchange ideas and that he was proud of the winning students.

The publication UM Bridges 2023—Élan was created by seven fourth-year students in the Department of Communication of FSS under the instruction of José Carlos Matias. The articles ‘Culture on Your Hands’ and ‘Inheriting Cultural Identity’ were awarded second runner-up in the English categories of Best in News Writing and Best in Art and Culture News Reporting, respectively.

The Campus News Award aims to encourage university students to actively participate in campus news reporting, hone their news writing and multimedia production skills, and provide a platform for young students from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan to engage in exchange and interaction. The award, now in its 12th edition, has a judging panel consisting of more than 100 government officials, media professionals, business executives, and university professors, and has attracted attention from the academic community and the news industry.
