[Activity Review] Student Leadership Training Programme: “Meet Intangible Cultural Heritage – Exploring Chinese Herbal Medicine and Crafting Delicate Items”

為了弘揚愛國愛澳主題教育,讓大家在藥香之中領略中華傳統醫學之魅力,學生領袖培訓計劃成員於3月29日舉辦了“遇見非遺——探秘中藥材,巧手制好物”活動 ,是次活動由兩部分組成,包括中醫藥科普講座及香囊工作坊。

是次活動主講教授陳修平向學生介紹了中醫藥文化的起源,闡述了中醫藥的文化內涵以及它所蘊含的哲學思想,包括如陰陽相生,五行相克的哲學理念。陳教授以生動有趣的實例,說明中醫藥文化的宣揚需要取其精華去其糟粕。教授還講述了因為錯誤的中醫藥文化知識,而令中醫藥文化傳播產生難點。講座結束後,同學們對中醫藥文化興致斐然,積極於教授探討中醫藥文化的相關問題。

在隨後的工作坊中,同學們親自動手製作香囊及中國結,來感受中醫藥文化的魅力所在。 活動期間參與者非常積極互動,在香囊製作環節也認真參與。結束後,大家與自己製作的香囊合影留念,為這次活動留下一段美好的回憶。他們認為是次活動的收穫不僅是物質上的收穫,更重要的是了解了中醫藥的文化,並對其產生了濃厚興趣。

學生領袖培訓計劃於2020年起推行,旨在透過不同活動及訓練,培育及發展學生的領袖素質,提昇學生的領導能力和溝通技巧,加強他們的自信心及獨立思考能力,學員須於學期完結前籌辦不同主題的專項活動。有關計劃的招募及詳情,請瀏覽https://go.um.edu.mo/b2f9wuct。

In order to promote the theme of patriotism and love for Macau, and to let everyone appreciate the charm of traditional Chinese medicine amidst the fragrance of herbs, members of the Student Leader Training Program held the event “Meet Intangible Cultural Heritage – Exploring Chinese Herbal Medicine and Crafting Delicate Items” on March 29. This event consisted of two parts: a Chinese medicine science lecture and a sachet workshop.

In the lecture, Professor Chen Xiuping introduced students to the origins of Chinese medicine culture and explained its cultural connotations and philosophical thoughts, including concepts such as the interaction of yin and yang and the five-element theory. Professor Chen provided vivid examples to illustrate that the promotion of Chinese medicine culture requires the essence to be retained while the dross is discarded. He also discussed the difficulties in the dissemination of Chinese medicine culture caused by incorrect knowledge. After the lecture, the students showed great interest in Chinese medicine culture and actively engaged with the professor to explore related questions.

In the subsequent workshop, students personally crafted sachets and Chinese knots to experience the charm of Chinese medicine culture. Throughout the event, participants interacted actively and were fully engaged in the sachet-making process. At the end, everyone took photos with their handmade sachets, creating wonderful memories of this event. They believed that the gains from this activity were not only material but also included a deeper understanding and strong interest in the culture of Chinese medicine.

The Student Leader Training Program has been implemented since 2020, aiming to cultivate and develop students’ leadership qualities through various activities and training, enhancing their leadership abilities and communication skills, and strengthening their confidence and independent thinking. 學生領袖培訓計劃將於2025年3月29日舉辦“遇見非遺——探秘中藥材,巧手制好物”系列活動 ,讓大家在藥香之中領略中華傳統醫學之魅力。

是次活動旨在以中藥香囊這一中華文化非遺傳承為媒介,激發同學對中醫藥傳統的興趣。活動內容包括中醫藥科普講座(由 陳修平教授主講)、香囊文化推廣香囊手作,幫助同學們更加深入了解中醫藥這一中華傳統,以加深參與者對中華文化以及國家的認同感。

The Student Leadership Training Programme will host the “Meet Intangible Cultural Heritage – Exploring Chinese Herbal Medicine and Crafting Delicate Items” activities on March 29, 2025. These activities aim to let everyone appreciate the charm of traditional Chinese medicine through the aroma of herbs.

 

The activities aim to use the Chinese medicine sachet as a medium to stimulate students’ interest in traditional Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine sachet is an intangible cultural heritage of Chinese culture. Activities include a lecture on Chinese medicine (delivered by Prof. CHEN Xiuping ) and a Scented Sachet Workshop. These activities will let the students gain a deeper understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and enhance their recognition of Chinese culture and the nation.

根據《澳門大學研究生會章程》第三十七條第一款之規定,選舉委員會現接受第二十屆澳門大學研究生會領導機關候選組別報名,並制定以下指引:

 

一、選舉資格:

根據澳門大學研究生會章程中關於選舉之規定以及選舉委員之要求,報名的候選組別成員必須具備下述資格:

 

  • 本會會員;
  • 具有被選舉權;
  • 擁護《澳門大學研究生會章程》;
  • 會員大會主席團參選人,須至少一人熟悉2024-2025學年會員大會主要活動籌備工作,即全程參與畢業生委員會工作或澳門大學研究生專業代表系列活動中籌備舉辦工作(候選閣需提供一份書面材料,見附件《會員大會主席團候選人資料表》);
  • 會員大會主席團之主席參選人績效須在原部門內排名前50%;
  • 理事會參選人須為“2025濠鏡研究生論壇”之籌委會成員,高質量完成籌委會工作,並且個人績效須在原部門內排名前50%;(候選閣需提供一份書面材料,見附件《理事會候選人資料表》);
  • 理事會參選人中,需至少一人熟悉研究生會組織架構並參加過三個以上研究生會品牌活動;
  • 財務長參選人必須具備公共組織的財務管理經驗或熟悉澳門社團的財務報銷工作;
  • 監事會參選人須具備雙重履歷認證:

①2024-2025學年澳門大學研究生會在籍成員,且所屬部門績效評估位列前50%;

②本學年作爲工作人員累計參與籌備或執行研究生會主辦活動達三次及以上。參選閣中須至少一人熟悉2024-2025學年監事會工作,即全程參與校園提案大賽籌備及監事會日常監察反饋工作;

  • 監事會參選人須熟悉研究生會內部治理機制,至少滿足以下一項實踐經歷:

①作為監事會本年度聘任幹事參與日常監督工作,且全程參與本年度監事會校園提案大賽的設計及實施,熟悉研究生會內部架構及監事會運作機制;

②參選人須具備跨部門監督實務經驗,即為“2025濠鏡研究生論壇”之籌委會成員且高質量完成籌委會工作,並提交論壇參與工作報告及優化提案。(候選閣需提供一份書面材料,見附件《監事會候選人資料表》);

 

二、提交內容:

所有會員大會主席團及理事會參選人應將第一條第四款、第六款所列資歷證明完整登載於《會員大會主席團候選人資料表》或《理事會候選人資料表》正本。獨立填報,一人一表。

所有監事會參選人應將第一條第九款、第十款所列資歷證明完整登載於《監事會候選人資料表》正本。獨立填報,一人一表。

候選組別須遞交候選組別成員提名表、資料表、學生證副本、政綱、宣傳計劃、競選財政預算及宣傳物料樣本(所有檔尺寸均為A4)各一份。

 

三、提交時間:

會員大會主席團及理事會候選組別、監事會候選組別將已填妥資料的表格(提名表及其他表格請於附件中下載),連同第二點所指資料的所有電子檔在2025年4月9日23:59分前電郵至umpa.electbd@connect.um.edu.mo,逾時恕不受理。

郵件標題應註明:「第二十屆澳門大學研究生會領導機關選舉——會員大會主席團及理事會選舉報名參選」或「第二十屆澳門大學研究生會領導機關選舉——監事會選舉報名參選」。未在規定期間內報名的參選閣則視為放棄資格。

 

四、宣傳物料修改:

已公布的「可接納的候選組別」經選委會的批准後,可以對其宣傳計劃或宣傳物料樣本作出修訂或增加,所有宣傳品樣式須提前7個工作日告知選舉委員會審核備案。

活動簡介:

「濠鏡」為澳門古稱。 明代史書中記載澳門為「蠔鏡」,清代乾隆年間任光印的文獻《澳門紀略》則稱為「濠鏡」。濠鏡研究生論壇緣起於2013年,由澳門大學研究生會主辦,致力為廣大研究生搭建一個集結心聲,交流智慧的平臺。每年都會結合時下熱門話題擬定不一樣的主題。

 

時序更替,華章日新,潮湧南海,濠江春暖。值此「一國兩制」偉大實踐行穩致遠、碩果盈枝之際,澳門大學研究生會謹定於2025年3月26日至29日隆重舉辦「2025濠鏡研究生論壇」。本屆論壇以「琴澳共鳴——青年智匯,共譜新章」為主題,廣邀海內外專家學者、各高校研究生齊聚濠江之畔,共襄發展盛舉。

Event Description:

“Hou Keang” is the ancient name of Macau. In the Ming Dynasty, it was written in the history books that Macao was called “Hou Keang”, while in the Qing Dynasty, it was called “Hou Keang” in the document “Macao Chronicle” written by Ren Guangyin during the reign of Emperor Qianlong. Organized by the University of Macau Postgraduate Association (UMPA) the symposium was established in 2013 to provide a platform for postgraduates to gather their voices and exchange their wisdom. Each year, a different theme will be proposed in conjunction with the current hot topics.

As time progresses and new chapters unfold, with tides surging in the South China Sea and spring embracing the Haojiang River, we celebrate the steadfast advancement of the “One Country, Two Systems” principle. The University of Macau Postgraduate Association proudly announces the convening of the “2025 Hou Keang Postgraduate Symposium ” from 26 to 29 March 2025. Under the theme of “The Resonance of Hengqin and Macao – Youth Wisdom Converging to Compose a New Chapter”, the Symposium invites experts, scholars and postgraduates from various universities to gather on the banks of the Hou River to join hands in this grand endeavor and collaborate on the development.

遇見非遺——探秘中藥材,巧手制好物

學生領袖培訓計劃將於2025年3月29日舉辦“遇見非遺——探秘中藥材,巧手制好物”系列活動 ,讓大家在藥香之中領略中華傳統醫學之魅力。

是次活動旨在以中藥香囊這一中華文化非遺傳承為媒介,激發同學對中醫藥傳統的興趣。活動內容包括中醫藥科普講座(由 陳修平教授主講)、香囊文化推廣香囊手作,幫助同學們更加深入了解中醫藥這一中華傳統,以加深參與者對中華文化以及國家的認同感。

The Student Leadership Training Programme will host the “Meet Intangible Cultural Heritage – Exploring Chinese Herbal Medicine and Crafting Delicate Items” activities on March 29, 2025. These activities aim to let everyone appreciate the charm of traditional Chinese medicine through the aroma of herbs.

 

The activities aim to use the Chinese medicine sachet as a medium to stimulate students’ interest in traditional Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine sachet is an intangible cultural heritage of Chinese culture. Activities include a lecture on Chinese medicine (delivered by Prof. CHEN Xiuping ) and a Scented Sachet Workshop. These activities will let the students gain a deeper understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and enhance their recognition of Chinese culture and the nation.

在青春洋溢的澳門大學校園,一場匯聚智慧與擔當的盛會圓滿落幕。由澳門大學研究生會監事會主辦的UMPA校園提案大賽」總決賽順利完成,為校園建設繪下濃墨重彩的一筆,承載著師生們對校園未來的美好期許。現在,讓我們一起回顧當日盛況吧

專家坐鎮,賽事公正有保障

大賽邀請到學生事務部、資訊及通訊科技部等部門的專家組成評審團,包括學生事務長彭執中先生、資訊及通訊科技部總監司徒𪼓璠先生、學生發展處處長周佩貞女士。他們憑藉專業素養和多年的大學服務經驗,嚴格為比賽把關。活動伊始,為表達主辦方對評委們的感謝,監事長徐洪歸女士向初賽評委及決賽評委一一致送了感謝函。眾多評委的付出,確保了大賽的專業性與公正性。

攜手並進,共同書寫新篇章

  同時,澳門大學研究生會各部門代表也前來觀賽,包括澳門大學研究生會會員大會主席團、理事會秘書處、財務處、新媒體中心、學術學務部、活動拓展部等。他們不僅作為初賽評審,為參賽者的提案集思廣益;更親臨現場,作為校園建設的一份子見證提案的優化和落地,他們的到來為大賽增添了更多的活力與靈感。

創意提案,聚焦校園大小事

11位選手帶來豐富多元的提案。鐘敬瑤同學提議精簡「泛校園卡」;劉昱麟同學著眼校園資源優化;譚文佳同學關注校園網問題;胡蝶同學為改善住宿發聲;黃攀夢同學聚焦校園App優化;劉賢賢同學思考校園生活豐富性;董政同學為研究生職業發展出謀劃策;白亦臻、李玲秀、梁雪薇同學分別針對校內交通提出改善方案;楊書寧同學則致力於加強校園文創產品開發。這些提案涵蓋校園生活的方方面面。試圖通過創新的方式解決實際問題,提升校園生活的品質。

競逐激烈,榮耀榜單現揭曉

經過激烈角逐與評委們的專業考量,「校園提案大賽」的最終排名正式揭曉!

最終,在眾多優秀提案中,董政同學的《關於開展澳門大學研究生“生涯咖啡館”活動的提案》脫穎而出,榮獲一等獎。其提案不僅在內容上具備深度和創新性,可行性也極高,答辯表現更是可圈可點。譚文佳同學的《關於澳門大學校園網使用問題的提案》和李玲秀同學《關於彈性增加澳門大學環校巴士》提案也憑藉出色的表現,評為本次提案大賽二等獎。黃攀夢同學的《關於優化澳門大學移動應用程式》提案、白亦臻同學的《關於改善校內交通不便》提案,以及楊書寧同學《關於加強澳門大學文化創意產品開發》提案,被評為三等獎。

In the vibrant campus of the University of Macau, a gathering of wisdom and responsibility has drawn to a successful close. Organized by the Supervisory Committee of the University of Macau Postgraduate Association, the UMPA Campus Proposal Competition Finale has left a remarkable mark on campus development, reflecting the shared aspirations of students and faculty for UM’s future. Let’s revisit the highlights of this grand event! 

Expert Judging Panel Ensures Fairness

The competition invited professionals from UM’s Student Affairs Office, Information and Communication Technology Department, and other units to form the judging panel. Notable judges included MR. PANG CHAP CHONG (Dean of Student Affairs), MR. SI TOU KUOK FAN (Director of Information and Communication Technology), and MS. ANITA CHAU (Head of Student Development). Their expertise and years of service ensured rigorous evaluation. At the opening ceremony, Ms. Xu Honggui, the supervisor of the Supervisory Board, presented letters of appreciation to all judges for their dedication. Their efforts guaranteed the competition’s professionalism and fairness. 

Collaborative Efforts for a New Chapter

Representatives from UMPA’s various departments also attended, including the General Assembly Presidium, Council Secretariat, Finance Office, New Media Center, Academic Affairs Department, and Event Development Department. Having served as preliminary judges, they contributed insights to refine proposals. Their presence at the finale, as key stakeholders in campus development, added energy and inspiration to the event. 

Creative Proposals Address Campus Needs

Eleven finalists presented diverse proposals: 

– Zhong Jingyao proposed streamlining the “multi-functional campus card”; 

– Liu Yulin focused on optimizing campus resources; 

– Tan Wenjia addressed Wi-Fi issues; 

– Hu Die advocated for housing improvements; 

– Huang Panmeng suggested enhancing the UM mobile app; 

– Liu Xianxian brainstormed ways to enrich campus life; 

– Dong Zheng strategized for postgraduate career development; 

– Bai Yizhen, Li Lingxiu, and Liang Xuewei proposed traffic flow improvements; 

– Yang Shuning prioritized boosting campus cultural product development. 

These proposals tackled real-world challenges through innovation, aiming to elevate campus life quality. 

Winners Announced After Intense Competition

Following rigorous evaluation, the final rankings were unveiled based on strict criteria: 

– **First Prize**: Dong Zheng’s *”Proposal for Launching a ‘Career Café’ Initiative for UM Postgraduates”* stood out for its depth, creativity, feasibility, and excellent presentation. 

– **Second Prize**: Tan Wenjia’s *”Proposal on UM Campus Wi-Fi Optimization”* and Li Lingxiu’s *”Proposal on Flexibly Increasing UM Circular Bus Services”*. 

– **Third Prize**: Huang Panmeng’s *”Proposal to Optimize the UM Mobile App“*, Bai Yizhen’s *”Proposal to Improve On-Campus Transportation“*, and Yang Shuning’s *”Proposal to Strengthen UM Cultural Product Development”*.

Congratulations to all winners! Your innovative ideas will inject fresh momentum into campus development. We also extend heartfelt gratitude to every participant—each proposal embodied profound reflection and passion for UM’s growth. It is this collective spirit that made the competition a resounding success, paving the way for meaningful campus reforms.
