關於2024屆研究生畢業生購買畢業袍及定制量身的通知

 

親愛的同學們:

你們好!

匆匆歲月,轉眼大家即將迎來畢業季。首先,第十八屆研究生畢業委員會全體成員在此預祝同學們都能夠順利畢業!

以下是有關於2024屆畢業袍購買與訂製方面的事宜通知,請詳細閱讀:

  1. 畢業袍價格是通過澳門大學本科生畢業生委員會、研究生畢業生委員經過公開招投標流程後,會與製袍廠商協商的批量優惠價格,不含價格浮動,且會根據報名資訊提前收取。以下為畢業袍價格:

碩士畢業袍全套價格為 MOP400,包括禮袍,帽子,披肩及領帶。除禮袍外亦可單件購買,價格為:單件禮袍MOP230,單件披肩 MOP140,單件方帽 MOP120,單條領帶 MOP50。

博士畢業袍全套價格為 MOP950,但因布料及工藝特殊,需要10人以上下單製袍廠商才會接單生產。少於10人訂製,製袍廠商將不予生產。如若造成任何不便,敬請諒解!

禮袍全部為量身定制,以上價格已包含約6%行政費用。為方便收款,價格有 MOP1-2元的差異,不便之處敬請見諒。行政费用將用作工作人員物資、儲存搬運及其他特殊情況下可能產生的費用。

畢業袍預訂報名表截止提交時間為202311月121800分,逾期不再接受預訂!

 

  1. 若購買畢業袍,製袍廠商會於指定日期到澳門大學為同學們提供量身服務,以確保同學們能夠買到合身的畢業袍。屆時因個人原因無法到現場量身的同學,可以由同學代為繳錢及提交身材尺寸資料。具體需要的部位尺寸詳見附件1的量身尺寸表。(頭圍 單位:CM;身高 單位:CM;肩寬 單位:CM; 袖長 單位:CM)

 

畢業袍繳費及量身時間地點如下:

其他注意事項

  • 因為製袍廠商只接受大批量統一定制,錯過此次畢業袍定制,不接受任何形式的補定。畢業照拍攝現場如未統一著裝將無法入場,請大家務必準時訂購。
  • 拍攝畢業照前只提供小量畢業袍租借服務,出租的畢業袍數量非常有限。往屆都有學生因為無法順利借到畢業袍而無法拍攝畢業照。請大家謹慎考慮。
  • 請註意此次訂購的畢業袍亦可以用於2024年上半年的畢業照拍攝及下半年的榮譽學位及高等學位頒授典禮時使用,屆時不會提供購袍服務。
  • 前來購袍時,請帶好學生證作為身份證明證件。
  • 請留意附件1的表格是購買畢業袍的訂單樣本,需要於購袍當日現場填寫,為確保當日購袍效率,請根據附件1提前預先準備好填寫的內容。
  • 因畢委會與廠商款項交付為同學們提供量身服務當天,故同學確定購買畢業袍且交付的費用一律不予退還,如有不便,敬請諒解。
  • 致所有訂購畢業袍的同學,由於製袍廠商核對數據需要,畢委會將通過畢業生代表(如有),將訂袍資訊發到專業群中進行核對,沒有畢業生代表將直接以製袍廠商數據為準。不同意此條款將無法核對資訊並成功訂購畢業袍。另,畢委會將不會把資訊另做他用。請各位同學保護好他人隱私。

Notice for Graduation Gown Purchase of 2024 Graduate Students

 

Dear students,

 

Greetings! How time flies and here comes the graduation season! Congratulations for your graduation!

 

Following is the notice for the order and purchase the graduation gowns:

 

The Graduation Committee negotiated with the manufacturer and reached the agreement on prices which are listed below. The payment will be charged according to the registration information submitted.

  • The total cost of a set of Master graduation gown is MOP 400 (including gown, hat, hood and black tie). Single item purchase is acceptable except for the single gown, and the prices are: gown MOP 230, hood MOP 140, hat MOP 120, and black tie MOP 50.
  • The total cost of a set of PhD graduation gown is MOP 95 The minimum order is 10 as requested by the manufacturer. If there is less than 10 PhD students to order, the manufacturer will not produce, and there will be a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please fill in the registration form if you would like to purchase the graduation gown. Form:

The deadline for submitting the application is 18:00, 12th Nov, 2023. Late application will not be accepted.

 

Graduation gowns will be tailor-made, therefore, please do the measurement according to the schedule. If you are unable to come in person, you may find someone to make the payment and submit the size for you. Details please refer to the attachment.

Other Notes:

  • Please make sure to bring your student ID card for identity verification when coming to purchase the gown.
  • Please be reminded that the attachment 1 is the order sample, which should be filled in on the purchase days. To ensure the efficiency of ordering on the purchase days, please prepare carefully your information according to attachment 1 in advance.
  • Please be reminded that the payment is not refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
  • For those students who have ordered graduation gown, in order to meet the need of manufactures for checking data, the graduation committee will check the order information with the assistance by graduate representatives (if any) via the WeChat group. If you disagree, sorry that we cannot place the order for you. The Graduation Committee will not disclose personal information for other usage in order to protect students’ privacy.
  • The manufacturer only accepts massive customization. If you miss it this time, there will be no second chance to reorder. Please be aware of the rule that you will not be allowed to enter the graduation photo shooting site if you do not have the graduation gown. Please place your order on time.
  • Only limited number of graduation gowns are available for rental before the graduation photo shooting. In the past, several students were rejected to take the graduation photos since they were unable to rent the graduation gown successfully. Please be aware of that.
  • The Graduation Gown purchased this year will be used for Graduation Photo-taking and Ceremony for the Conferment of Honorary and Higher Degrees 2024 We will not offer the Graduation Gown purchase at that time.

校園培訓計劃不單為學生在課餘時可以實踐他們的知識,也讓學生透過參與各式各樣,由學生事務部甚至學校的活動,累積工作經驗,從而提高職場上的競爭力,及對澳門大學的歸屬感。

校園培訓計劃分為:
辦公室行政組 – 參與日常辦公室營運的工作,包括行政、平面設計、前線服務,以及籌備各類學生活動。
司儀組 – 學習成為具專業知識與經驗並重的活動司儀。
活動親善大使 – 主要學習在正式場合接待嘉賓的禮儀和溝通技巧。

The “Campus Training Programme” is open for application now!

The Campus Training Programme (CTP) provides opportunities for students to apply knowledge to practical work. Students can utilize their spare time to gain real working experience through the on-the-job training provided by the Student Affairs Office, as well as participation in university activities. It aims to enhance students’ competitiveness and build their sense of belongings in the University and society.

There are four streams of trainees in the Programme:

Office administrative trainees – they are trained to assist in administrative work, frontline services, organizing activities, designing promotion materials, etc.
Masters of ceremony – they are trained to equip with the knowledge and responsibilities of being a professional emcee.
Activity ambassadors – they are trained to receive guests and assist in ceremonies with professional etiquette and communication skills.
Social media planners – they are trained to run mainstream social media, including content planning, communication with relevant parties, and production skills.

“Campus Training Programme” aims to

  • Enrich students’ university life
  • Equip students before entering the job market
  • Provide practical work experiences for students

Benefits for the Trainees of “Campus Traning Programme”:

  • Opportunity to build self esteem, maturity, and interpersonal skills
  • Opportunity to have training and working experience in different units of UM
  • Training workshops offered by Student Affairs Office
  • Competitiveness enhanced in the job market upon graduation

  • Local bachelor students (priority to year 1 students)
  • Good at Chinese and English writing skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Strong computer skill
  • Knowledge in promotional material design/data analysis is an advantage (For office administrative trainees and social media planners)

    According to the No.6/2015 Internal Regulations of “The General Regulation for Graduation Committee”, the Board of Directors hereby convene the 2023/2024 Graduation Committee. Prospective graduates shall elect ONE representative as committee member from their respective major of studies.

    All elected representatives should provide their NAME, STUDENT NUMBER, MAJOR OF STUDIES and CONTACT NUMBER to info@umsu.org.mo . The Board of Directors reserves the rights to prohibit protective graduates from which has failed to elect a representative of their major from participating activities organized by the Graduation Committee.

SAO organized Yunnan Student Leadership Exchange Trip

學生事務部於6月上旬帶領一行30人的學生領袖,前往雲南昆明與雲南大學師生進行6天緊密的交流。首天到訪雲南大學東陸校區參觀,得到了雲南大學師生們的熱情招待,及後進行了開營儀式,讓澳大及雲大的同學們互相認識及交流。

行程中師生們得到了雲南大學的龍曉燕教授親自介紹了雲南歷史,緊隨其後參觀了雲南博物館,讓同學們可以更深入了解到雲南這個地方擁有著豐富的文化底蘊。同時,參觀了西南聯大舊址,同學們了解當時的學生如何刻苦用功,也在這麼資源有限的環境下成就了多位傑出人士,為國家作出貢獻,實在是令人動容,非常值得我們學習。隨後更有雲南大學彭多毅教授的帶領下到鹽隆祠體驗了中華傳統文明—道教文化,鹽隆祠的老師們講述了道教文化在雲南的發展,也教導師生們正確道教的三跪九叩禮,還展演了古琴,茶道,書法等文化,也讓師生們現場縫製香囊,得益不少。

交流行程中,師生們觀賞了大觀樓,導賞員向同學們介紹了大觀樓長聯,令同學們了解當時文人雅士的文藝氣息及他們對國家的關心;乘坐了索道遊覽西山美景及觀賞龍門;到訪了官渡古鎮欣賞風俗民情,觀賞那裡的文化古遺及建築;參觀了有“中國乃至亞洲最大的鮮切花交易市場”之稱的斗南花巿,學生們親身感受雲南有著豐富的植物資源;參觀了雲南民族村,體驗雲南的民族多樣性,學生們觀賞不同民族的特色歌舞表演,並與當地少數民族載歌載舞。

總結這次旅程不但讓學生們更了解雲南這個地方的歷史及文化,也促進了澳門大學和雲南大學兩所高校師生的交流,加強了澳大學生骨幹成員的社交能力,還增加了他們對國家的了解及民族優越感,更擴寬了視野,實在收獲不少。

Led by the Student Affairs Office, a delegation of 30 UM student leaders went to Kunming, Yunnan, for a six-day intensive exchange with Yunnan University. On the first day, we visited the Campus of Yunnan University and were warmly welcomed by the students of Yunnan University. Afterwards, an opening ceremony was held for the students to get to know each other.

Prof. Long Xiaoyan from Yunnan University introduced the history of Yunnan, followed by a visit to the Yunnan Museum, which allowed the students to learn more about the cultural heritage of Yunnan. The students also visited the former site of National Southwestern Associated University, where they learned how hard the students worked at that moment with limited resources. Prof. Peng Douyi from Yunnan University explained the development of Taoist culture in Yunnan and taught the students the correct Taoist ritual of three kneelings and nine kowtowings.

During the exchange trip, we visited various spots such as Daguan Yuan Park, Kunming West Hill and Dragon Gate, Guandu Ancient Town, Dounan International Flowers Industrial Park, and Yunnan Nationalities Village.

This exchange trip not only helped the students understand more about the history and culture of Yunnan but also facilitated the exchange between the teachers and students of both universities, strengthened the social skills of the student cadre members, increased their understanding of the country and their sense of national superiority, as well as broadened their horizons.

致各位準畢業生:

2023年畢業典禮將於2023年6月10日舉行,我們將會提供少量聚賢樓(N1)的雙人房間給同學的外地親屬申請入住。

* 每名學生最多只能為兩名親屬申請入住,每人最多只可以入住兩晚
* 登記入住日期為 2023年6月9日或6月10日
* 雙人房收費每晚 MOP400

報名日期由即日起至2023年5月17日23時59分。有意申請者請填妥網上報名表。名額有限,先到先得。

申請結果最遲於將於2023年5月22日下午5時45分以電郵確認通知(沒有收到確認郵件視為申請不成功)。成功申請人士須於5月28日前到聚賢樓接待處繳交其住宿費。逾期沒有支付費用者,將被取消訂房申請。已繳交之費用不設退款。

Dear potential graduates,

The Graduation Ceremony 2023 will be held on 10 June 2023. We will offer some shared rooms at UM Guest House (N1) for the oversea relatives of students to apply for a temporary stay.

* Each student can apply for a maximum of 2 relatives and a maximum of 2 nights.
* Check-in date is either 9 or 10 June 2023.
* Rate for a shared room is 400 MOP/night.

Applications are open from now until 17 May 2023, 23:59. Interested applicants should complete the online application form. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Application results will be notified by email latest on 22 May 2023, 17:45 (no confirmation email received is considered as an unsuccessful application). Successful applicants, please pay for the room rate at the UM Guest House (N1) reception on or before 28 May 2023. Any payment that has been made is non-refundable. Late payment will result in the cancellation of the booking.

Successful applicants are required to present valid identification documents at the reception of UM Guest House. The identification document will be recorded. Guest rooms can only be accommodated by registered applicants/students and their families. The room cannot be transferred to any third party.
