Macau Obra das Mães Creche S. João Nursery School will open online registration from 4 March (09:00) to 27 March 2024 (23:59) on their website https://www.odm.org.mo/. 

For the children of UM staff who will be applying for Creche S. João in UM Campus, the nursery school would give a favourable consideration if the UM staff completes the following steps: 

  1. Fill in and submit online application form during 4 March to 27 March 2024 through website https://www.odm.org.mo/
  2. Provide Application number, Name of your child, ID number of your child and UM staff card copy on or before 27 March 2024 by sending email to odm808@macau.ctm.net

Note: Management and Services Platform for Civil Servants (G2E Platform)
Starting from 27 September 2020, the enrollment of courses organized by the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) and the Centro de Formação Jurídica e Judiciária (CFJJ) have to be conducted through the “Management and Services Platform for Civil Servants (G2E Platform)”. The application and approval processes will be done through the G2E Platform by logging in “Personnel Login Account (工作人員登入號)” with the steps illustrated below:

To register “Personnel Login Account (工作人員登入號)”, please fill out the e-form and submit the signed hard copy to Ms. Josephine Wu of Human Resources Section (ext. 8696). SAFP will then confirm the registration by sending the “activation code” via SMS. Please follow the instructions in the SMS to activate your account by then.

  • If the number of enrollment exceeds the maximum quota, the enrollment will be drawn at random, but UM full-time staff will have the first priority. For a better use on the resources, kindly go to the class on schedule once the enrollment has been confirmed.
  • The confirmation of the class is subject to the no. of participants.
  • Withdrawal within the enrollment period is acceptable, please inform Human Resources Section accordingly.
