Join us for UM Open Day in both Macao and Hengqin on 14 January 2024!

The university’s annual event, UM Open Day, will be held on Sunday 14 January 2024. As a special edition, UM Open Day 2024 marks the first time visitors can explore the UM campus in Macao and the Zhuhai UM Science & Technology Research Institute (ZUMRI) in Hengqin on the same day. Individuals from Macao and the Greater Bay Area are welcome to the event to learn more about UM’s latest developments.
The Open Day will feature a variety of activities on the UM campus, including admission talks, programme consultation, science talks, sports experiences, guided campus tours, game booths, workshops, and a lucky draw. In addition, the event will be livestreamed, enabling you to join from anywhere.
We look forward to seeing you at the Open Day on 14 January!

They are facing hunger, cold, illnesses and severe shortage in livelihood material support. Your care and generosity will surely help to bring hope and consolation to them. In order to raise the public’s awareness of poverty, Caritas Macau will organise the “Caritas Macau Vegetarian Banquet 2024” on 6 & 7 January 2024 to raise funds for people in need. You’re cordially invited to join this event and share your love with those who are in need by purchasing the meal tickets.

External Activity: Fuhong Society of Macau is now accepting pre-orders for charity packages

The Fuhong Society of Macau is now accepting pre-orders for its charity packages, which include a series of multi-functional storage bags. The bags were designed by an artist from Fuhong who has mild intellectual disability and severe autism. In addition, individuals with disabilities participated in the production and packaging of the products. All proceeds from the charity sales will be used for service operation and self-funded projects, which are dedicated to providing more diverse and innovative services for people with disabilities.
