凡參加捐款及參與慈善步行的同事及部門有機會獲取以下奬項：
Colleagues and units who participate in donation and charity walk may win the following prizes:

註 Remarks：
1.團體獎項計算方式: 部門總善款或總參與人數佔部門總人數的百分比。
Calculation method for group prize: The winners of the departmental prizes are determined based on the total amount of donation or the total number of participants divided by the total number of staff in the department.

２.得獎部門及得獎者將獲得獎狀。
Winners will receive a certificate.

3. 如同時出現多於1名最多善款的候選部門／人，而金額涉及不同幣種，結果將按財務部當月的兌換率進行評定。
When there is more than one nominee for the departmental or individual prizes, who have donated the same amount but in different currencies, the winner will be determined based on the exchange rate adopted by the Finance Office on that month.

4. 如同時出現多於1名最多善款的候選部門／人，而金額及幣種相同，其結果將會並列。
When there is more than one nominee for the departmental or individual prizes, who have donated the same amount with same currencies, the results will be tied.
